I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this pharmacy. They have seen me on many a mental breakdown days and they have always lifted me up and helped me figure things out. I wish I could mention everyone by name but if CVS corporate sees this, give them all a raise.

This CVS and specifically the Pharmacy and all of their staff, but especially Kevin, The Pharmacist is amazing. Kevin knows his customers and goes out of his way to make sure all of our needs are met. I needed a prescription and my doctor sent the wrong one in twice, he called me several times to communicate the issue and then called me to tell me he got it and would have it waiting for me. I can’t say enough good things about this location.

This is the best cvs pharmacy among the several in the area. Pharmacists are helpful, they are pretty quick, and usually have meds in stock. The one in Target always has long lines and the one on Key West Ave is often out of stock of basic meds. Only downside of this one is the more limited hours.

Great CVS always very clean and well stocked with friendly and helpful employees.

I love my CVS store located on 20 Upper Rock Circle in Rockville Maryland. The pharmacist Kevin is absolutely amazing and so very helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is also fabulous and always there to assist in anyway possible. I only wish every other store I had to shop at would be as fantastic as the CVS.

Open right on the time at the door, nice and neat, stock was great, I got what I need.

Polite and knowledgeable staff. This CVS is actually a bit far from my home but their promptness and customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

I am so thrill finally a CVS without rude cashiers,managers and a nightmare pharmacy staff from tech to manager.
The manager David I believe always kind,friendly and helpful.
Very , clean and organized store .
My only wish pharamcy is 24hrs but doesn't matter because 24hrs pharamcy Key West ave ,Montgomery Village and 355 by the mall and Sam's club it is very long lines and incompetent pharmacy staff not exaggerating can't read or spell even managed to list unknown Dr that I never seen or heard to my RX prescribing physician and I asked they have no idea even the person who did that have no idea only at CVS unfortunately my employer health ins RX plan only offer CVS tears tears

I’ve always had better experiences here than other CVS stores in the area. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is not as crowded as other locations.

Never was much of a CVS guy but I really like the customer service at this pharmacy. Appreciate the drive through too. Great location although it’s a little tricky getting in there from Shady Grove rd

This is theeeeee BESTEST CVS in the area. I always get treated with great service. The manager Ken was extremely helpful and polite. He honored a deal that other CVSs would not have honored. I highly recommend this location.

Best cvs store around! It may be because it’s fairly new but the pharmacy service is so quick and easy. Dropped off a script and it was ready within 20 minutes.

It's the only cvs I'll go to . The techs in the pharmacy always remember your name !! I think that's awesome , and when you enter they say , welcome to upper rock cvs how can we help you. Most pleasurable cvs I've been too.

My favorite CVS, it’s smells very nice and the customer services is great. I don’t know anybody in the world who doesn’t love this store.

This is the best CVS store I've found in the area. Pretty clean and organized. Staffs are nice and responsive.

The service around the store is 5 stars. I can’t say anything about the pharmacy. They where taking care of customer very fast up front.

Fantastic customer service! The beauty product selection isn't as large as other CVS stores, but the customer service is far better.

This pharmacy is absolutely 5 star. Efficient ,courteous, and FAST. No waiting. Pharmacists are wonderful.

This location is awesome they have such a great variety of organic snacks and whole foods. Great variety of vitamins and really kind helpful employees.

I've only had positive experiences at this location which I frequent as it's close to home.
