It was a great experience with very helpful staff that don't turn away from a confused look. Despite my having to try on several different pairs of boots and deciding on one I had picked out prior they were still nice and courteous to this novice boot buyer. I would recommend for either a man of taste or just a hard working man who knows what the comfort of a good work boot can bring.

I've been doing business with them sense they opened. The staff has always been helpful I might have exchanged boots out once because I bought the wrong size. I never had a problem not even once. The first pair of work boots I ever bought was from here good prices good staff. Just because one person is having a bad day is no reason to give a bad review. It probably wasn't the staff having a bad day it might have been the customer who walked in having a bad day.

I love this place. The the sales associate was amazing I am very hard to shop for she took her time with me she help me find everything I needed make sure it fit make sure I was happy with it and didn't just try to sell me something she really help me find something that I love. I would definitely go back and recommend for all my friends and family to go there.

Great store! The staff was amazing, we went through several styles of boots to find a match. After a few days the Ariat boots that were purchased had started to show some discrepancies. I went to the store again for a return or replacement. There was no problems. I was immediately asked what i would like to do! Theu offered to replace the boot style, change to another boot or a full refund. I made my decision with some Durango Rebels and have not been happier! Thanks!!

Update here.... bought another pair of boots and an eyelet fell off. Miss Kim made an exchange happen for me with no drama. This is the only boot store in town as far as I'm concerned.
