Owner was very rude and a pure "know it all". I would never buy anything from her nor step foot back in her business.

This store has a ton of good stuff, and reasonably priced too. However, the woman running the store ruins the entire experience. My family is spread across two states, we get together for one Christmas party a year at the restaurant next door. On the day of our party a few arrived early to set up the party, we asked a few of the children to move a few cones in unmarked parking spots further out of the roadway. While doing so the woman who runs this store came out and began yelling and cussing at these CHILDREN. She escalated the situation to a tipping point that made everyone uncomfortable being next door to her store. Yelling and cussing at adults is one thing but to yell and cuss at children is unacceptable, especially from a business owner.

Horrible person working at this store. If this was the owner, I am so disappointed to see the very unprofessional and immaturity of this lady. If she is an employee, she is NOT a good representation of your store. I own a store in a different state and expect my employees to be respectful and polite. This lady demonstrated neither.

Our family had a Christmas gathering at the shop next to this business. We had not met since 2019 and everyone was excited to be able to meet. When I arrived, I was excited to see this store next door. I had planned on shopping when our gathering ended. From outside, it seemed like there were a lot of nice items inside.

It was raining when we got there and there was limited parking. There were empty parking spots in front of Unique Antiques & Collectibles that were marked as parking for this store. None of my family members parked in them because they were marked for that business.

There were several unmarked parking spots (not in front of any of the businesses) that were blocked off by orange cones. My elderly aunts and Mother arrived to attend our gathering and there were no other parking spots close to our venue. My sons, at the direction of my husband, went outside in the rain to move the cones so my elderly family members could park closer to the venue.

A lady from inside Unique Antiques & Collectibles came out and started yelling and cussing at my sons. This was completely uncalled for and very rude and unprofessional. She yelled about the cones being moved from her parking spots.

My husband tried to explain and also told her that the parking spots were not marked with her business name. She got even more upset and said that the cones were labeled with her business name.

There was no visible lettering on the cones. When my husband told her that he didn't know they were her cones and that he had not seen any writing on them, she told him that the writing was on the BOTTOM of the cones--I'm not sure how anyone was expected to see this since it was on the bottom. She also said she had blocked the parking because she had an open house.

My sons put the cones back and my family members found much further spots to park and walked in the cold and rain to our venue. During the FOUR HOURS we were at our "party", NO ONE parked in any of those spots. In fact, the marked spots directly in front of her store were never full.

As I mentioned earlier, I am a business owner and I take reviews very seriously. I do not post negative reviews unless my experience is EXTREMELY bad. The Grinch decal on the front of the door should have been a clue to the attitude and demeanor of the person working inside. I am so disappointed because I was excited to see the store was next door and I had wanted to go inside and shop and would have probably found items to purchase. My family members (there were almost 30 of us) would have also shopped. My sons have talked about her cussing during this incident. For them, this will be what they remember the most. Shame on you for being hateful and rude.

Went inside to shops and lady was very rude…. I will never go back in the store ever again and I recommend no one else going either. Very unprofessional of her to act like that to people willing to spend money!!!!!

The lady was just very blatantly rude and just had no good customer service at all
