Awesome beer selections, gas is Shell, so Winn Dixie cards work there & coffe & snacks are plentiful, not to mention great music while you pump gas!

So I used to go to this store all the time because it was in my way to school. I agree with most of the other reviews they used to be really nice, polite, and friendly. It had been a couple years since I had been to the store, now I'm a delivery driver in that area and 2or3 nights a week I drive my other bosses Limo (I buy a lot of gas) anyway a couple months ago after I finished filling up dual 28gal gas tanks I went inside with my Yeti coffee mug and filled it with ice... Just ice. As I'm walking out the door I held up my cup and said "I just got a little ice" (own cup) Guy behind the counter snaps at me like I was trying to steal something. He then proceeds to tell me cups of ice cost the store money. I pointed out I brought in my own cup and that the cost he was thinking of was the price of the cup. Well apparently I forgot to consider the price of the water. Sir I'd be more than happy to reimburse you for the cost of water that went into my cup of ice......Just as soon as I get around to cutting a penny into a million pieces. Considering you're the closest gas to St Pete Beach after 10p I'm gonna give y'all a second chance. Don't lose a bunch of business over a cup of ice

Yep, used to be one of the best, most friendly and efficient stations. Now they are somewhat rude. Just the other morning, about 6 AM, I went in the door and the woman was looking very strangely at me. I inquired was everything okay. She says to the other girl "we might as well take down the sign, people are going to use that door any way." As if I, somehow, didn't know I was the "people". So I said "sorry I didn't see the sign." She coldly finished the transaction, not acknowledging my attempt to apologize. I paused trying to decide if I wanted to take up the rudeness. She literally said "we're done here". I decided to let them know by never going back. I used to go there exclusively. Probably spent several thousand a year there.

PS- the sign was hand written with normal pen(not marker) on notebook paper and taped inside the door at about mid chest. Not at all noticeable.

can we add a lower rating for service? Poor is a compliment. A year ago the staff was excellent, friendly and convenient (imagine that), but then they got rid of everyone and replaced them with a bunch of rude, slow people who are clueless. Would also mention there registers are ancient, everything you buy they have to look up a code? Apparently scanner technology has not reached them, making a slow experience even slower. It is very close to my house, and whenever possible I will keep driving past it just to not endure the pain.

This place is clean, but possibly the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. The coffee wasn’t even dark enough to look like dirty water. I added three of the espresso shots to the coffee, and it was still weak as hell

The employees are very nasty and disrespectful. They are judging customers all the time.

Not only does this gas station have corroded tanks, the inside is disgusting. Standing in line, I watched a roach crawl out of the snacks at the front populated counter. When I told the clerk, he literally said "so what, it's all wrapped in plastic anyway". Never will I be back or buy anything in this store.

Very rude unprofessional female employee this morning. I had asked to enter my rewards program and then she stated, “I wish you had asked before, now I have to void this whole ticket. You really need to ask before. I should put up a giant banner that states you need to ask before”. This rant continued, she was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable that I left my items on the counter to just pay at the pump.

All it takes is simply pushing a few buttons. It was not the big deal that she made it out to be.

In addition, most things do not have a price anywhere to be seen. It’s also pretty sorry looking inside and needs to be upgraded badly. The bathrooms were nice though.
