Best UPS store ever!! The employees are so friendly and so helpful! You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door! So refreshing! Brittany was a great help to me! Definitely recommend using this store! The work so hard and fast! You are in and out so quickly!

I was in there this past Wednesday Brittany was so kind and patient and my package arrived right on time like she told me it would not to mention she honestly has the best customer service skills I’ve experienced in years. I will be returning and if anyone wants great customer service go there and see what I’m talking about it’s like no other ups store it’s the best I haven’t seen Brittany in a few days hope to see her soon she has changed that whole store around for the best! Best decision hiring her to bring a smile to everyone’s face .

Always go here to drop off my packages. The two women there were very welcoming, nice and knew how to accommodate their guests. Especially the new hire, she was amazing and incredibly helpful!

This was literally the most fun, efficient, and productive experience I've had running errands. From returning packages to printing to notary services the entire staff took excellent care of my needs. A true team that handled a full store of customers with remarkable accuracy. Thank you to the entire shift of Vicki, Jessica, Brittany, & Jordaine for an experience I'll never forget and for helping me check off my entire to do list in one fantastic stop.

I had the pleasure of meeting two of the most courteous and patient people today. Brittany is an associate at this store and the manager, Dave. Both exceeded my expectations with the services this UPS store provides. Thank you. My faith has been restored. Business owners do care and want to provide superior service.

I would like to say Thanks to Antonia & Shuntavious at the ups store they always outstanding! These employees handled the customers quickly and with smiles and sense of humor. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. They work together as a team! The store & employees needs to be recognized with their great service.

Brittany is literally the only reason I come to this specific store. She always welcomes me with a smile and takes care of me as quick as possible! It takes me longer to get out of my car and walk to the door than it does for Brittany to clear out a line

My phone died in the middle of making an Amazon return & the generous employee didn’t hesitate to offer his charger up so I could complete my return. I was able to return my items successfully. I appreciate how helpful and patient they where.

Shuntavious and Jada helped me with a return package and were so friendly and nice! Genuinely seemed happy to be at work and were very quick and efficient. This is gonna be the only UPS I visit for shipping and returns because they were so great 💜

I’ve been using this store for at least 10 years. All the employees are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. And at the same time, very friendly. Sean is always concerned about providing customers with excellence, no matter if she’s simply making copies or getting someone’s packages for them. I always look forward to seeing her and having her wait on me. Even though this UPS Store is out of my way and no longer close to my home, I will continue to take my Amazon packages to them; they are just that efficient.

I went to the Rivergate Plaza in Port St Lucie today.
The 2 girls there were very efficient and polite. The store was very crowded and the customer service was excellent .
I asked them their names…. Brittany and Jessica helped me print from an email on my phone without hesitation .
They treated every customer I witnessed the same way. .

This UPS store has been the only efficiently run store I’ve been in. I make it an appoint to go to this store and this store only! I’ve seen their manager so many times in this store and have personally worked with her on so many returns! She’s great! The whole staff she has there are great!

I went there this morning. One of my favorite UPS locations. I really like the ladies there..men too! Actually, the entire staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and really fun. The store is clean, attractive, well stocked and a pleasure to do business in.
I recommend this location. Try them.. Superstars for sure.💥💫

After a terrible experience at the Okeechobee location Sat my wife went to return some Amazon packages. She was helped by the General Manager Victoria Mason.

OMG! Melissa's advice was right on target! She came into Chef Kelly's restaurant, assessed what the store needed and followed through 100% as promised. She supplied posters that jazzed up the place and menus that should have taken days, if not weeks, longer to produce and deliver. Prices were very fair. For any print services, we will definitely be back!

Brittany is the best, she is so helpful, very nice and every time I go in that UPS store she smiles and let all the customers know that she will be right there. She is great.
