I had an amazing experience at the Cosmetic Company Store! The prices are unbeatable, and the store is always clean and well-organized. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Shawn, in particular, was fantastic—she helped me find the perfect Tom Ford perfume and talked me through the whole process. Her knowledge about the products was impressive, and she made sure I found a scent that I absolutely love. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Angel the manager is amazing in every way! She is helpful and kind and goes above and beyond to help you and she will literally brighten your day. Sandra is so knowledgeable and helpful as well. These ladies are a beautiful team and represent how every single person in sales and customer sales should be. This corporation truly does not know how lucky they are to have them as employees. I walked into this store for the first time and because of Angel and Sandra I will be coming back again and again…and I spend hundreds of dollars a month in my skin care…like I said..this company is lucky to have them. I hope this corporation gives them the recognition they deserve!

Usually when you walk into a store you just receive a welcoming, “ how are you” and that’s it unless you ask a question. That’s not what you get here. The employees that work here seem to be actually happy that you walked into the store and are so excited to help you out whenever you need something. Sandra is so nice and will help with whatever you need. One of my best experiences at a store by far!

My daughter and I had not been in this store before today. I just have to say….we had the BEST experience here. The two ladies working there were SO helpful and kind to us. They helped my daughter choose the right color foundation and answered all of our questions. It was such a pleasant shopping experience. As a bonus, the prices can’t be beat anywhere! We got some amazing deals! I highly recommend this store!

Sandra and the other lady I met with were absolutely divine!! They were so sweet and lovely! Sandra was not afraid to do multiple color swatches on my cheek and blend it out. They were extremely helpful. On top of that, they make everyone feel so welcome—you don’t get this at Ulta or Sephora. Plus, the prices were great! What became a trip turned into an experience. Thank you ladies!

Patricia is absolutely awesome! I’ve made two trips now & she helped me discover Tom Ford items I missed that were on sale. Very knowledgeable. She was spot on about the foundation colors & I left with a sizable haul both times. Evelyn cheerfully helped ring me up & the military discount helped. Awesome ladies & I’ve rarely had so much fun spending way too much money.

Editing my review to add praise for Sandra who was a fount of knowledge on the phone. Called to ask a question and found a kindred spirit as we did a deep dive on branding. The St Augustine Outlet store is a bastion of customer service and product knowledge for the customer. They’re awesome!

This was my first time at The Cosmetics Company. A friend brought me here bc he's been delighted with their friendly and helpful staff, prices and selection. We arrived 10 minutes before closing time to our embarrassment, Chris & Sandra were just as nice as can be, so thoughtful, knowledgeable and friendly. Both of them, not pushy, but ever so grateful and savvy, really a joy to work with. They weren't at all offended at our late arrival and took their time helping both of us with our purchases. I cannot wait to go back!! Love this place and their staff!!!

Chris and Patricia helped me two weeks ago. It happened to be Patricia's last day before she was retiring. She and Chris offered unbelievable service. I was blown away by their friendliness and professionalism. As soon as I walked in, Patricia offered me the deals of the day and greeted me with a sweet welcome. She told me how the store operated and that it was an Estee Lauder store. They worked so hard on my large order. They worked together as a team. It was only the two of them and they worked so hard. Definitely impressed with this team.
