AT&T Store

I have not had the greatest experience with At&t until today. Daniel from the rivergate Location was very competent and served my needs perfectly. He broke down my bill so that I could understand it better and was super patient with me. Every ATT store needs a Daniel.

We had a great experience with Lennis and Paul at this location. Lennis approached us first with a smile. He was polite and very helpful. Paul took his time to help solve a few issues we were having. We left the store feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for the confidence
in knowing you'll receive excellent customer service!

Nobody I speak to ever answers my questions or meets my needs quite like Lennis. He is an exceptional young man and an outstanding employee. He helped answer all my questions in a timely manner and was quite the professional! I am so excited to purchase another phone with Lennis when the time comes. Hire more people like Lennis, he even gave my dog a bone what a nice guy. Lennis makes the experiences with AT&T worthwhile, what a guy.

The wife and I were helped as soon as possible and the employee knew exactly what we needed.
We will return to that store if we need anything more for or have issues with our new phones.

Raul did a fantastic job taking caring of me and explain all details, because of this we will recommend him to everyone

Went in with my girlfriend to get her a much needed upgrade. Immediately greeted by Dante and Jean, two super helpful guys right off the bat. As a former phone store manager, there are certain things I look for; and these guys ticked every box! Both men hold a high standard for professionalism, and wouldn’t be surprised if they were management, didn’t even ask because of how punctual both guys are. Transparency is KEY for me in any business setting, and as a former member of the business I’ve seen a lot of salespeople lack it. However, these gentlemen went above and beyond to produce comprehensive literature of payment due today, and future reoccurring payments on the bill.

These dudes made her day, and I can only assume many other members of this community leave happy when greeted by this awesome team. She left with a brand new, fully insured phone with accessories to boot; and did not even come close to breaking the bank. They are very knowledgeable on products and promos, and we are beyond confident that their salesmanship will reflect positively on her time as a customer at AT&T.

I must say I’ve been a AT&T customer since 97 I had my share of bad experiences switching phones but I’ve never been happier with my new phone and better yet with Jean’s help. He really took the time to make sure my phone was properly installed, answered my questions even shared new plans options. Really it’s been the most enjoyable stress free experience purchasing my phone. I will definitely return to purchase my Watch with him. Next time anyone who is thinking about getting a phone ask for Juan. From customer service to greetings and caring this location is Amazing. I didn’t regret taking the drive for better service.

When making a decision of switching carriers, a lot of thought goes into it. I was unsure if Switching from T-Mobile to AT&T was going to be the right decision. Needless to say, I had the pleasure of working with Daniel and his team at the Rivergate Plaza store. His team was awesome and did everything in their power to make sure the process of switching carriers was as smooth as possible. It was the best experience I have ever had. They went above and beyond to make sure they gave us the best deals and made sure we were pleased with the results. Daniel was very knowledgeable about all the products and services available to me and my family. Being knowledgeable is very important , especially when the first bill tends to be higher then the others (which some carriers don't disclose). They made sure I wasn't going to fall into any surprises. Thank you guys for all your hard work and kindness.

Daniel deserves a raise! He did a great job with me and they were all VERY patient. He saved us from a different store completely scamming my boyfriend and I out of about $1200. They did a great job, Daniel knows what he’s talking about. I definitely recommend this store!

I swore to myself I would never go back to this store because of how I was treated years ago but when I found out it was under new management I gave it another shot and I am glad I did. Daniel and his staff by far are the best thing that happened to this store. It’s smells fresh, they are always smiling, and they did not give me false hope. I got the good - bad - and ugly up front with no extra surprises. I will now go to this store again for now on. Thank you Daniel and Andres! You both deserve 10 stars.

Wonderful service! I had stopped at a store in Stuart and the young guy I was talking with couldn’t even take his hands out of his pocket and gave me the wrong information so I decided to go to another store and landed here. Levy was wonderful! Very helpful and showed me exactly what I needed to know. He was very polite and I couldn’t have been more pleased! Thanks Levy!

Not only was the staff beyond helpful, the management team are amazing. Daniel and Jamaal went above and beyond to get my family a great bundle discount for my wireless and home service. I was told by other stores this was not possible and I would need to customer service to get what i was looking for, but after making one last trip to this location they now forever have a loyal customer. Thank you guys!

This location has a great team of experts, they took excellent care of all my needs in a timely manner. They were very friendly and courteous, I would definitely recommend anyone, to these folks. By the way people, awesome deal they have going on, I walked out with two brand new Note 20 5g phones for free, with a simple phone trade in.

I just left this AT&T Store...I have to say that both salespeople were super helpful and professional! King and Giovanna could not do enough to help me and another client that was in the store. Another man walked in full of hate and complaints about having to wear a face mask, both King and Giovanna kept their cool, were courteous and calm even to the ugly complaining man. You are lucky to have King and Giovanna on your team! I wish they worked for me

Came into the store with my boyfriend because he needed a new Samsung 22 Ultra and Nicole was amazing she greeted us as soon as we came in and was really helpful along with Trevon who was super funny and charismatic. I didnt go in for a phone but the customer service was outstanding and savings were HUGE i ended up ordering the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I love it here!!!
