Old Navy

Very nice about online returns. They don't hassle you or make you feel ashamed about it. I have anxiety and order most of my clothes online. I order a bunch of different sizes (because of inconsistent sizing among brands and within the brand) and styles and keep the ones that fit and return the rest. Glad I can take the pieces in not going to keep back to a brick and mortar and be treated kindly and with respect. Thank you.

Got some sales on their jeans and Tops. Also got a spring jacket for 20 bucks not bad.

Staff was amazingly sweet and helpful! The sizes were very nice, I'm happy I got my size in pants! I finally figured out my size in men!! Thank goodness for fitting rooms!! It's such a nice store too, the Dress pants were very easy to find, just had trouble noticing them.
I found the one's in the woman's section easily, which was funny since it was on a corner, but the men's was on the wall, walked past it once or twice.

I visited this location on Black Friday and found a wealth of dresses in the clearance section. When I took one off the hanger, the strap detached. I still wanted to buy it since the rip was really fixable, and the price was great, but one of the employees talked to the manager and gave me an even better discount. I really appreciate all they did to make my experience a good one.

Old Navy has really cute clothes and workout apparel. The employees are really nice and super helpful.

They had a good variety of men, women, and kids clothing with open fitting rooms. The store was clean and employees were helpful sign up for their rewards

Went to buy my grandson an old navy flag shirt for the 4th. 2t fit him just fine. Now he has one like his mom used to wear when she was a kid.

Sent my fiancé to pick up a couple items that were sold out of most stores and online. Jen and her team went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. They are even going to ship us one of the items from another store. Great team, great experience.

Old Navy is great for the most part. I wish they had more selection for little boys. My daughter however always wants to buy the whole store. 😂 I personally did not care for Old Navy before because I was on the heavy side but I've lost weight and love that i can fit into their clothes now. They have so many cute things for women. I know once we go back to working in the office rather than from home, I will be going to buy some business casual clothes for work.

Old Navy is a staple store for me and I love the location! I can stop here before heading home from work and get everything I need in a short period of time. The employees are very helpful and nice. I also think the organization of the store is simple but logical. I am a loyal customer of Old Navy!

I like about this old navy is that the fitting room is cross the checkout so it help avoid ship lifters. I love how old navy sale for Jean's is better than the mall. Not try to sound weird but I like that mosttly woman are working at this old navy. It show girl power

Got some white flip flops for a great price for my wedding that will be in the backyard next summer when they had the 60 % off sale. I'm normally a heels and a sandals person but I think I will start wearing flip flops more even though I have little kids but I can just put them on In lest then a sec.
