Absolutely fantastic place. The staff were top notch and I will give them 10 out of 10 they were falling over themselves to be helpful. Refreshingly they were very knowledgeable about both the fashion aspects of speakers and the technical aspects of running. The shop also has a very nice basketball specialist store attached. If you're looking for fantastic service buying a pair of sneakers look no further.

Today I went to go buy some shoes and the whole experience was great. Shoe stores are usually very overwhelming for me and Joel, the manager was very kind in helping me pick out some shoes I liked and very helpful finding my size as well. 10/10 would recommend 😀

The staff at this location provided my family and I some of the best customer service around! The manager David, was extremely attentive to my children's needs and he even had another staff member assist myself with finding the perfect running shoe since I had informed him that I was in quite a hurry. Thank you to David and his team for all their help!! We will definitely be going back because of their amazing attention and care. Thanks again David and team!!!

On vacation. I went into this fantastic mall and surprisingly into Finish Line(A store I never shop in) . Super busy & yet a pair of shoes I had be searching for was there on clearance! An associate there named Deion (Forgive me if it’s incorrect spelling) was extremely helpful even though he was busy with customers. He was extremely polite to me and those he helped and had plenty of helpful insight as well as got me the shoes from the back. Keep up the good work!

My friend and I won the raffle to purchase the 12/14/19 release of Jordan 11 Retro Bred (My favorite) and Yeezy's. I'm not gonna lie the line for reservations was long as heck, but the staff had exceptional communication with costumers letting us know what to do and what to expect. The line moved at a decent speed and before I knew it I was at the front of the line, I pleased!

I would never buy shoes at any other store but this Finish Line. The staff is amazing and the manager, David, is on top of everything! Some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while!! I hate the mall, but gladly go because of this store!!! Thank you David and Team!!!

Went in to buy shoes for my wife and I earlier today. The staff was friendly and helpful, they had a pretty good selection of shoes, and a decent number of them were on sale. Happy with our purchases.

Man that guy Jarrell is very nice , kind and hardwork. Although he was dealing with alot of people he worked hard to make sure everyone is satisfied definitely a place to go if you are wanting to get the best service for shoes.

Purchased a pair of nmd's from the fashion square location ended up pinching my toe. Went to the milenia mall location and they returned the shoes and provided great service.

Went to buy 1 pair of trainers , and a young girl called Alesha was so helpful , we couldn’t decide on what colour so she called over staff members on there opinion , a great first time in the shop will definitely go back .
