AT&T Store

Went in with what I thought was going to be a big deal and was in and out within 15 minutes. Neil was great and helped me out and let me know about all my options. Really appreciate the quick and efficient help.

The entire staff at this store is amazing, without naming any names in particular. Zero bad experiences at this store, they will handle everything they possibly can for you. If you go here, be nice and patient cause you'll get treated even better if you are. If you're agro, call the hotline, ain't nobody got time for that.

Skylar assisted me with transferring my phone number into a new account! He made the process very simple. I didn’t have to lift a finger. He went on to get me a new phone 12 Pro Max. He made me very comfortable with the deal I was receiving. I could not walk out with my phone today only because they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock however Skylar ordered it for me and had it sent to my home. That was very convenient . He also offered me many other iPhone accessories Unfortunately, i have all of the iPhone accessories I need or I would’ve bought more because he was a great sales person. His professionalism was that or a manager while also being down to earth and full of customer service.

I was also impressed with the employee RJ, as Skylar took care of business, he entertained me and asked me about myself. I felt very welcomed in this store.
Everyone wore mask and kept distance. I could’ve hung out with this crew ALL DAY!

The gentleman who helped me was fantastic! He was fast, thorough, and able to provide helpful solutions and answers to my concerns. I went in needing to switch providers but wishing to keep my old cellphone number, and he helped me do this and upgrade my phone to a model that better fit my needs without an additional cost after trade in value. Definitely better experience than other stores I visited (including other att locations!)

James was very helpful and friendly. We came in trying to find a plan that better suited us and helped us to save money. We also to wanted to add an additional line for a new Apple Watch. He helped us with everything and it was a very enjoyable and satisfying experience

Recently came in to inquire about switching service from T-Mobile to AT&T. I worked with Skylar and he made the transition for my family of 7 a total breeze! He was super knowledgeable about the products and plans and was even able to help me get a discount for being in nursing. I walked away with new service and new phones for everyone just in time for Christmas and I couldn’t be more pleased. Excellent service and an exceptional employee, what more could you ask for? I will deffinetly be going back for any future needs!

I came into the Edgewater store for the first time ever and was helped by Skylar. He was extremely helpful, friendly and made buying an iPhone effortless! He even helped me understand the plans that were available to me and helped add my discount to my account. I highly recommend him and this location to anyone who needs ATT services. This location isn’t the closer to my house but I was very satisfied and will always use this location moving forward.
