The cashiers always great you with a smile here. They work quickly and efficiently and also suggest things to help you out for your future visits.

I was a little nervous to come here with the bad reviews but the two store associates were very pleasant and helpful.
They were kind and friendly to the other customers while I was there.
I was in and out in under 10 minutes (my box was already packed).

Supper friend they are always nice and fast I’m always in and out with no problems grate stuff .

Customer service was AMAZING!!

After wasting over an hour at the bank, they couldn’t even notarize my legal document, so I found this awesome UPS Store nearby that was open and willing to do it all for me. Amanda, the store representative, not only notarized my document but also made copies, scanned it, and mailed it to me. Talk about exceptional service!! If only all UPS stores were this great, it would be heaven. Thank You, Amanda, you deserve a raise.

I had a great experience at this location! I sold something online and had a large, heavy package that I was nervous about shipping. Bruce was the main associate that helped me and he made it a painless process. He even helped me repackage my box to make it more secure. The people at this store actually care about the customers and want your package to arrive safely!

Their smiles make my day better! We’ll managed and some of the best people! I’ve been a box customer nearly two years here and it’s always clean and neat. Everything runs smoothly here and I’ve never had a complaint.

Never dealt with Ms. Amanda very much, but I hear from reliable sources that the place would go to hell in a handbag without her.

Ms. Shannon is a GEM and a diamond in the rough. Same goes for her and Mr. Bill, who is a trip.

UPS provides a SERVICE , for which they get PAID. As long as the prices are posted, which they are, you actually have to PAY them for the service provided. If you don't like the prices, don't use their service and go somewhere else. No one will stop you. Otherwise DON'T COMPLAIN (unless you are willing to provide free services yourself and/or work for free).

I pay $5 for every package delivered which is better than having my merchandise stolen by porch pirates. I also receive very timely courtesy calls when my packages arrive, so as to when to come pick them up.

Finally, following the hurricane, I needed to use the computer to finish some work as my internet was out. The money I paid was well worth the favor done for me. They SAVED me from missing some critical deadlines.

I apologize if I missed anyone there, but I say they work very hard and show A LOT more patience than some people deserve. It is very stressful job, one I would not want myself. YEs, they deserve raises.

This UPS store, as I am sure others, do provide helpful services if you use them wisely.

Its a great place to handle your business. But I would have to say. To a special lady I wish I knew her name. It was a Saturday morning I went there. And she had so much patient with me. She help me get the documents I need printed off my phone. Because I didn't know how and she said with a smile no problem. And that made my business there so important. And others help me there as well.

The map had me go around the block three times before it took me to the right place and kept telling me on the right when it was on the left

I needed to ship a device (IPad) back to my employer as I resigned from my job. I went into this store unprepared- I did not have a box for the device, or know how to ship the device safely. Dave, a new store associate patiently helped me. He himself was still learning the ropes and did a wonderful job at helping me with my shipment needs. He was also very kind and a pleasure to work with. Next time you’re in the store- ask for Dave! He was so kind.

Had to return my at&t modem and had the nicest and quickest experience. The gentleman at the front was friendly funny and genuinely cared. Come to find out his name is Bill and he owns the store. Just wanted to say a nice thank you for a warm welcome and a quick trip. Thanks Bill!

This location is great. Manager or whomever is on staff never has a problem with printing documents which I email to them. Always helpful and service oriented. I don't mind the charge for taping. I do so many via this UPS Service Center...they are great.

Ive just relocated to Orlando an i ive had to go to this location on more than 3 occasions. An everytime its just been the best customer service. Even if I receive bad news like i did on today while trying to proccess a notary . They just give the upmost customer service . Especially the guy up front im cramming my brain to figure his name . But just the sweetest an the most genuine ! Love coming here !

Love it every time I go in to this UPS store. They are beyond helpful and have helped me save money when sending packages to my boys in St.Louis. The older gentlemen there is AMAZING. He makes me smile 🤗

The UPS Store (2014 Edgewater, across the street from Publix) is fantastic because of the friendly and helpful staff. Let's face it, most don't like having to ship things or get things notarized - but - at least it's nice to know there is a place you can go where they smile, say hello and just get done what needs to get done - and you're back on with your day :)
