CVS discounts many items that I want. Grocery selection is phenomenal for a drugstore.

This review pertains to excellent customer service -

Sometimes, no matter what you do to prepare yourself, life decides to throw you a curve ball.
I thought this wouldn't happen to me but it did. A mile away from my client's house, the phone froze. No GPS. All I remember was his house is in this area.

So I drove along Clint Moore looking for a clue and saw a CVS down the street. Went in and asked for help. One of the staff used his phone and helped me with the directions. I eventually found the house (gorgeous), met with the clients (equally nice and gorgeous couple), finished my assignment and went back to CVS to say thank you.

This guy, Jason is my hero.

#CVS, your guy here didn't even hesitate a bit when I asked for his help for directions. I think that's exemplary service and it's worth mentioning.

Not all heroes wear capes or iron armours, some wear red shirts and a name tag. ☺

I just found out that my new insurance plan does not cover prescriptions from my favorite pharmacy, CVS, on Clint Moore and Jog Rd. I am heartbroken! I finally found a great Pharmacist, Roxy, who has helped me make my transition down to Florida so much easier and I’m going to miss her and her wonderful staff so much! Everyone has always been so helpful. They treat you like family! Even though I can’t get my prescriptions there anymore, I am still going to go out of my way to shop there for other things! Thanks for making me feel welcome!

The young white gentleman is extremely rude and condescending at the pharmacy. Only giving the pharmacy 5 stars because the women are always nice.

The employees are friendly and they take the time to locate the item that you’re looking for.

An average store to run into when you need something at the last minute. Not the best service, but not the worst either. Prices are a little higher than most other places that you'd get what you're looking for when you're not in a hurry.

Passport photos: had my photo taken for passport a week before my appointment as I was having surgery on my forehead the day before. Office rejected my photos. I now need to wait about a month for healing before I can go again. Photo guy said the small hand held camera was not the greatest. I should have listened.

This is not the pharmacy than I usually go to but I got some prescription transferred there. I did not have a good experience. The pharmacy staff is unfriendly and unhelpful starting with the pharmacist in charge. They don't have any people skills and they have no sympathy towards you as a customer dealing with a child who is home sick. I won't be using this pharmacy again.

Shame! The person does not know how to make pictures. They declare they offer it but actually not!

I lost my time and gas driving here!

Terrible

I walked into the CVS store this morning to purchase two items. When I walked into the store, I noticed that the coupon kiosk was not working then I had a difficult time finding one of the items, but there was no one in the store to help me, I even went back to the pharmacy and they had a sign that said closed for lunch, there was a line of people trying to self check out and one woman was having a very difficult time. Finally, after about 10 minutes, there was a young woman who came to the front of the store
To help the customers, including myself. I could have walked out of that CVS store with any amount of merchandise I wanted without paying for it, and no one would have realized what I was doing. What is going on with CVS?
