Employees are very helpful and kind. My 5 year old daughter was not interested In hanging out at a boring cellphone store and Barron could tell. He set up my new phone quick and efficiently. All my apps and phone numbers were transferred over perfectly. Very happy with the overall experience. I highly recommend this location.

Customer service with Barron was exceptional. He helped my wife and I merge our accounts and add a new line. He answered all our questions thoroughly and was warm and friendly to our kids. Thank you Barron!

After signing up with MetroPCS and having no voice/data service (in populated areas) the first two days into my unlimited plan, the staff at the 1120 Highway 50 store where I signed up were more interested in trying to convince me that my unlocked phone (a 1-year-old ZTE Axon 7) was the problem than trying to find other possible solutions to my issue. I was told that my phone may not be compatible with the network, which is nonsense, because I was switching from T-Mobile (the same network MetroPCS uses) and I had no issues there.

Thinking the problem was my SIM card, I asked for a new SIM and I was told there were none at the Highway 50 location, and to see Barron at the Hancock Road store. I was told repeatedly that my phone was probably the issue, and that they had offers on new devices, if I wanted to buy a new phone (which I didn't).

I went and saw Barron, explained my issue, and he told me I wasn't crazy. He was able to find the cause of the problem: The staff at the first store had assigned the SIM card to the IMEI number of my phone's SIM 2 slot instead of SIM 1, which is why I wasn't getting any service. Barron re-assigned the card to SIM 1, popped it back in my phone, and everything was fixed. Two visits to the first store, nothing. Three minutes with Barron, and my problem was solved.

If you aren't going to Barron for service, you're wasting your time. If you're in Clermont, he's your guy.

I want to give a shout out to Leo he was very helpful today with getting us from one carrier to another. He took the time to answer all our question and make sure we understood. He was very nice made sure we were satisfied and saved us money! I highly recomend this store and their service is the best in town.

Ashley Castells assisted me in finding a upgraded phone yesterday=it was the easiest transition that I have ever experienced with changing phones. Me and technology do not get along very well. If there's going to be unusual issue or issues it will happen to me. Which is exactly what happened and I brought my phone back to the store to Ashley Castells and Leadro Delgado, they didn't hesitate got busy investigating the major issues and corrected them on the spot. I can't Thank them enough😃

andrew was super nice sold me what I needed and made sure my items were put in correctly. I loved the service and Andrew was one of the friendiest person I have had since I been coming to this store. Thank you for the amazing service. Sure will recommend this location to everyone.

Went in to this store on Sunday December 13th and the lady in the store was so helpful and informative and answered all our questions. I wish I got her name but she wasn't too pushy but still gave us all the info we needed and got us what we needed for the best price
