Earth Fare

Wonderful store. There meat is higher quality than any of the stores in the area and nearly a comparable or better price! They have a lovely bakery where they even have fresh sourdough bread, which I totally appreciate as I know all the hours and time that goes into making a loaf! I love the pizza!! And the deals they have for pizza on sale of Friday, organic rotisserie chicken on sale on Monday, the frozen wild caught salmon is the best quality I have found. Produce is organic and lovely. Many good healthy, quality finds at earth fare. Plus I so appreciate the friendly associates, one helped me take a cart out to load up my car while I pushed my babies in the stroller, they have helped me in numerous ways each time I come! Thanks earth fare! Never change!

I was only in Ocala for a night and never heard of Earth Fare but I really like it. It reminds me of Sprouts because I really was looking for a grocery store that has gluten free and vegan/plant based options. Really surprised with the selection of products here. Satisfied as well with my purchases. A lovely gentleman also did great with showing me around and helping me find what I needed.

Store has a very clean and tidy appearance. Shelves are stacked nicely where are all the products can be seen easily. The bathrooms I seem to have had a lot of attention given to them all services seem to be very sanitized. Had a very nice selection on their olive bar. The pizza looked absolutely delicious which can be purchased by the slice ready to bake or cooked for you. The salad bar is also stopped to the hilt with lots of toppings.

There are so many things to look at so I took my time. They are somewhat on the expensive side, but they offer many things that would be hard to find. I am allergic to dairy but they have so many alternatives to butter, cream, milk, and different kinds of cheeses and they also carry dairy-free ice cream, something I haven't eaten since I do like to breathe. There are specials, just sign up online to get $10 off your first purchase. I love Whole Foods, but they're an hour away so it's not always convenient to go there. Earth Fare is my 2nd. On Mondays, it's 10% off your total bill if you're a senior. Tuesday, it's students etc.

Earth Fare is a 100% organic, healthy products and foods store located in Lady Lake FL in the same strip mall as Goodwill and Total Wine. There is plenty of free off street parking. It has a large organic produce section as you first enter the store. The meat department has organic, no hormone meats and seafood, along with a butcher. Aisles and aisles of organic foods and products of all kinds. A very large health and beauty section with an amazing variety of supplements and products (who knew marshmallow root was a thing?), along with botanical cosmetics and skin care and 8nsect repellants, and more -- this section even has an advisor assigned to it full time whose job is to help customers locate products in health and beautiful from the bountiful inventory and explain how they work or what a customer might want to consider for a particular issue. One who end of the store is dedicated to the fresh food delicatessen and buffet, where customers can ladle out their own meals and salad fixings or have sandwiches prepared or buy roasted chicken meals, and much more. There is limited dining space inside and more dining tables outside. The wine selection has some of the craziest names and cutest labels ever. I have uploaded a boatload of pictures of the inside of the store to give you an idea of what some of their inventory is and how meat and spacious the store is. Don't expect Publix or Winn-Dixie prices here, but they do place certain items on sale -- since Publix and Winn-Dixie don't have a massive inventory of organics like Earth Fare does, you are paying for the luxury of having a store full of all organic choices available to you. Staff seemed pleasant and helpful. They use paper grocery bags at checkout, no plastic.

SO ECSTATIC EARTH FARE IS BACK!
I was driving around Ocala and saw the strip mall of the former Earth Fare. Then saw people going in and a now open sign!! I almost had a heart attack and whipped into the parking lot like a mad woman 🤣
I had to see for myself and it’s spectacular!
Lots of vegan food everywhere you look. I wasn’t going home anytime soon so I didn’t shop for groceries but the one thing that I missed the most is Earth Fare’s Vegan Chicken Salad. It was the best I’ve ever tasted anywhere. So when they closed I was heartbroken. I checked to see if they had it and grabbed some pics. I can’t wait to go back.

If you’re trying to live healthier this is your place. Ocala doesn’t have a Whole Foods but Earth Fare used to rival them and now Whole Foods bought Earth Fare so they can be revived. Happy happy joy joy!

The produce section is amazing so many choices not seen elsewhere in Ocala.

Try the vegan everything cookie in the bakery and of course that mock chicken salad. Delicious stuff and worth the price.

UPDATE: Allen the store manager called and was very apologetic and made sure to rectify the problem completely. This disabled veteran is more than thankful to this man he even offered to hand deliver my meat.
5 stars- food is medicine

I give it a one star solely based on the customer service. Absolutely awful service. Every department besides a few sweet cashier's are absolutely miserable. Will not assist you in any way even after you ask politely. My family comes here because it's the closest organic store we trust but have to deal with the most awful people who work there. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful and after speaking with management I can see why the employees act the way they do.

This store is Awesome! For the health enthusiasts and also those looking to make a change, this is the only stop you'll need. The store is clean, the layout is great and the staff all said Hello as we walked around the store. Samples in the back, items by the pound, wine selection is good and options are plenty. It's worth the visit!

Good experience every time! A little on the pricy side and some products aren't for everyone but they're all ethically sourced which is good to know. Lots of vegan options and special diet options.

I love Earth Fare . . . . .nice organic produce, really good rotisserie chickens, and a beautiful seafood department. Lots of really good fresh breads, too !

I love Earth fare in their selection of healthy products. The store is very clean including the restrooms.

Did not note all names but the woman in health department was extremey helpful for purchases of axio calm, which is fabulous and eye drops for my dog. Also Connor helped me with my account which i truly appreciate. I always buy the pound of chicken salad with a free baguette and fresh squeezed juices. Great store.

The only place i will go to buy groceries
They have a good selection of organic produce, grass fed meat, and wild caught options. I love going there for a quick breakfast too (cheaper or same price as a McDonald's combo these days)and so delicious, in love with their salad bar too and the workers are always sooo nice! This weekend they offer $10 off $50 or more and they do this often!

Great place for high quality and unique finds! Similar vibe to Whole Foods. Definitely a more expensive grocery store option but they have a lot of items you can’t find anywhere else. Staff is friendly and store is clean.

Love Earth Fare. Their fresh prepared food is excellent. My wife and I were there today and somehow the young lady at the cashier rung one item incorrectly. When I got home I spoke to Veronica and she said no problem. Just bring the receipt and we'll fix it.

Good friendly atmosphere. The staff is very knowledgeable. The place is very clean and organized.
They have a tasty great selection of ready to eat food at the food bar.
This is the place to go for your healthy food!
