Great place to go for all your craft needs. it showed they had a certain item online but when we got there, there was none left on the shelf. The employee looked it up and seen that they had some and found it for us. Great service and not to mention great place for Halloween decor as well!

It It had exactly what we were looking for. I wanted to get an artist easel for my nephew who just started painting. We also were looking for color pencils that you do not need to sharpen. Not only did we find what we were looking for, we found something even better for my niece. The store is packed with so many great deals that it made our shopping quick and easy.

Margaret who attended us did a great job. We definitely recommend. FYI - If you have a large piece like ours(48×72) make sure to wait until their is a sale or discount on framing it could get expensive.
Update #2. We had a 75 x 65 canvas painting stretched & custom framed.

I couldn't find any store with Rose quartz on a Monday, and they were the only place in sixty miles that had any kind of rose quartz , and for a very good price, I got several pieces

I really prefer Michaels now! It's smaller and less overwhelming so I can find things much easier! I needed velcro for a pillow cover I was making. The lady was walking around and sought people out to ask if they needed help! That was awesome! sometimes I don't see anybody at all in these kinds of stores so it saved me time I would have been wandering around all day!

Everything was easy to find and a great selection for all crafters. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

ANOTHER GREAT JOB.
Another great experience. Brought three (3) metallic prints to be custom framed. As usual the service was impeccable. Lynn who has framed several other pieces for me and my wife helped us pick out the best choices in matting and frames. I love this place and her as well. .Go get those pictures and artwork framed at Michaels.

I needed a wreath which was too high for me to reach. It was cheerfully taken down for me, I got it, matches my red door beautifully. My door is the talk of the neighborhood.

Great Place, Loved the selections available. Great Customer Service from Morgan who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was so happy when she took the time to actually take me to the location where the items were rather then just telling me where the items was and pointing towards an area like another employee did rudely with no regard to my first time visiting the store. I didn't get that Employee's name because she was too busy ignoring my frustration. Thank Goodness for Employee's like Morgan for going above and beyond to assist me. Because of her I will be back to this location for my art supplies. Morgan is Great and desrves recognition for her Fast Friendly Customer Service Support. I appreciate it very much.

Cashier was super super nice. Wish I remembered her name. Great customer service!

Stacey (Framing/ Mating) was a tremendous help. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that I've not found in other locations. Because the Ocala, FL Michael's is a small store it limits what they carry.

Great sales and tons of choices to choose from.

My father was in the Marines for about 30 years and his original shadow box with some of his military medals broke. I was able to find a good quality shadow box that he himself would be very happy with.

If you're looking for craft supplies this is definitely a good place to check out.

I went after Christmas and their sale was amazing. I got all the things I needed for a law price. Store clerk was also nice and helpful.

My son and I come here quite often due to him enjoying at home craft projects.
The store is clean and the staff are friendly.
They have various amount of diy project's, holiday decor for your home, etc.
Prices are reasonable as well.

Lady at the Frames Counter deserves five star for the customer service

Very neat and clean. Like most businesses you can see they've scaled back a little but in some ways it's feeling easier to explore. Found some good deals which is always nice ... picked up some candles that I loved the jar and the scent turned out to be more fragrant than expected, you know how candles can smell great in the jar but once lit you don't even know it ... well the ones I got here were great - not over powering but definitely filled the room.

Any craft supply you can think of is here. Plus they have silks, greenery, pottery, Xmas supplies, picture frames and so many kind of snacks. They even have a professional in site to help you with any specific framing..... even with non glare glass!! Prices very reasonable.
I had a great time walking this store. So buy soon.... you'll be happy you did. I was!
