Needed to have 2 phones upgraded so I called the store to see if they were in stock and spoke with Ava? I think. Went in and the district manager actually happened to be in the store and she helped me. Great service from both of them. Think they have a very difficult job but they handled themselves great! Very happy with my service there.

Chris did a fantastic job with my husband when he was purchasing a new phone. He found the best deal and plan for us. And even offered to let us know about the financing. He spoke very clearly and understandably. Any question my husband had, Chris was able to answer. So, Big Time kudos to Chris for our visit at the store.

Sorry I cannot remember the managers name, but she was amazing. A slight problem with our account, and she stayed on track and was so helpful,courteous, and professional, even though I was a little irritated at the problem. End result is happy customers. I will drive the extra miles to this store as long as she works there😍

Really great customer service here. Sent my aunt who speaks zero English and they had wonderful employees who we're bilingual and helped her tons. They went above and beyond for her.

They are the best phone system phone company out there to be cell phones they are Governor State of Florida as to hit United States and they go to other countries too so we are getting phones for his family and Mexico Cancun and we're going to have our own phone. United States
