Big 5 Sporting Goods

We purchased three different types of shoes at reasonable prices, and socks. Their shoes are lasting much longer than the ones at the "Wal" company. The socks are much better quality than the ones at other stores. The socks are made by Dickies company. We really like most of their products.

Went in for shoes, as it seems like big 5 is the only store to carry my apparently odd size (11.5 wide). Been coming to then for years. The staff at this store was very helpful, as usual, bringing new other a selection in my size.

Always excellent customer service! Especially from the manager, Charlie. He goes above and beyond any usual expectations in great customer service. He’s also an expert in firearms.

After a few negative experiences with other firearms dealers, it was a refreshing surprise to be taken care of so well by Charlie and his staff. When entering, they’ll kindly greet all guests. Before allowing a customer leave the store, they’ll make sure that all needs are entirely satisfied.

I had an awesome experience at this big 5. They had exactly what I needed for a good price and they were very helpful. The had a lot of different kinds of merchandise and all the workers were friendly. I’m excited to wear my new hiking boots!

Even though they were short-staffed, the young man in there was very helpful and fetched shoes for multiple customers in a timely manner.

I’m finally getting around to replacing all of my camping stuff that got stolen out of my car. Finally I have a back up set of yoga pants, and a long sleeve shirt so I don’t get sunburn, and a warm beach sweatshirt for when it gets cold at night, and a sleeping bag. It’s only the little things that make a house at home. Great prices, lots of selection, lots of different colors, very friendly staff

This Big 5 is a nice store! On the small side, but organized and well stocked. I went in to get a queen size inflatable mattress that was offered at a GREAT one day price!!! They were easy to find and there were several in stock. The staff was very nice!

Make a long story short I needed to buy tennis shoes found a pair on sale sales associate was very helpful checkout clearance section they have brand name shoes at good prices

Nice visit today. The place was organized so not only did I find all the items I came for but I was also able to find them quickly. The service at check out was friendly and helpful.

Was here on the 19th of September and purchased a pair of New Balance Running shoes for my birthday and Im very happy with my purchase,a young man on his 1st day there helped me with my selection,I think his name was chris,but I'm not for sure, he was very helpful. Thank you

Customer service is great here, they are super friendly. I got snow boots on sale for 39.99 and am satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely recommend for all sporting needs.

A couple of months ago I was working in the area made good money thatday,so I thought I'd treat myself to a new pair of boots they've got a awesome selection. I found a pair of all leather your basic combat boot on clearance for 42.00 marked down from 165.00 . It took almost 3 weeks to break them in. The blisters are long gone and with the help of some dollar store insoles they are quite comfy now

Just got a rifle from them excellent staff! Very professional and great set of people who make you laugh! Forsure coming back next rifle purchase! And they have a good inventory of fishing lures

We purchased a drone at this store recentlyand had an issue with it (not the stores fault at all). Charlie, the manager, went out of his way to make sure the issue was resolved. I have purchased many things at this store over the years and have always had a great experience.

The manager on duty and staff was super friendly and the store was clean. The manager helped me with my purchase, he was very patient and informative. He answered all of my questions and even helped me compare other models and options. I reccomend this location to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

Went there today and was very pleased with store appearance. Very well organized and clean store overall. No lose products on the floor at all. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. My new to go place for sure.

Okay.. So my review is specific to the Manzanita location. I had gone to the Arden store and it was horrible and won't ever go back. I gave this location a chance and service was wonderful and I left with a new pair of Sauconys..Yay
