The second I walked in, I was greeted and was helped by a young girl, who was very polite and pointed me in the direction that I needed to go anytime I asked for help. She even complimented my nails (The long ones that had moons and stars on them). I ended up getting the entire gingham gorgeous collection Including the shampoo and conditioner(which Really does not take a lot and is very good by the way). I also ended up getting the entire whiskey reserve collection for my husband. When I got to the register, the girl rang me up and I had given her $160 but I had accidentally told her I’d given her 170 so she put the number in wrong on accident and I’m just now realizing I should’ve just given her an extra $10 so she could give me my change back and made it easier on her instead of Standing there, looking like a complete idiot, having her call the manager up to void the transaction and ring me up again.
I completely had a brain fart so I don’t know who she is but I wanted to genuinely apologize for my lack of brain usage lmao. It was on 8/5/24 At 7:11 PM. I will definitely be coming back and kudos to everyone there for making the environment, warm and welcoming from the second you step in the door.

Excellent Customer service and wipe down of all counters and credit card machines as Covid precautions. The candles when they go on sale are a great buy and smell great around the house. Pink watermelon has a distinct sweet smell if you like sweet scents.

Fairoaks BBW is the only location i go to in the DMV area .

This is THE BEST B&BW that I have visited in just about all of Northern Virginia!! 💯 Not only is it one of the friendliest locations that I've walked into, ALWAYS greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by the employees(whether it's Jen, Deb, Tess, or Michele), I always feel right at home! Besides the CLEANLINESS of the store, which is no easy feat especially during this time of year, I never have a difficult time finding what I am looking for!! The store is ALWAYS stocked to the brim, there seems to always be something new that I happen upon, and the deals are OUTRAGEOUS!! As a man, I never thought that I would say this, BUT... I feel like I'm a kid in a candy store when I walk in to the B&BW at Fair Oaks Mall!! And for that reason I will take the time to go in to a mall to shop at this location, which takes more time than just pulling up in a parking lot and walking in, just to keep coming back for the amazing experience!! My 5yr old daughter can't ever get enough of all the smell goods and the warm smiles and hugs that she receives every time we shop there! Big shout out to those who keep this store the wonderful store that it is!!💯 Happy Holidays!!

Employees are very knowledgeable on the products and were they are located at in the store. Very attentive in making sure I found what I was looking for. Check out staff is very polite with positive vibes! (I didn't feel like I was bothering them. Which is so nice compared to other places out there. Another reason I love shopping here!)

This place seems to always be busy, but it is not hard to understand why. Products are always sorted very neatly, and displayed in a pleasing way. Scents are very nice. They have a great candle selection, and prices are fair. Employees are friendly are always willing to assist.

Probably the best location of bath and body works I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff and are always willing to help. If you live in the Fairfax/Tyson’s area, I highly recommend sticking to this location

Friendly staff thats helpful, but doesn't hassle you. Clean, well organized store, and a pleasant shopping experience. They changed the hand sanitizer game, I smell amazing.

Love this stores and the way it's organized for a great shopping experience. It's always clean and all staff wear masks following covid protocols. It is safe to buy in this store!

I love this places, I am always looking for flowered scents, they have like 4 scents I always buy,lilacs, ivy ,roses, lavender. Not a fan of the fruit scents or sweets scents.
I buy candles and foaming hand soap.

I stopped by to get the Night Blooming Jasmine body mist, only to learn that it was discontinued. The ladies there were very nice and know their products very well. I'll catch them again at the semiannual sales event later this year

This location had sufficient employees on the floor and behind the counter, seemed to check out people efficiently. The cashier was amazing and polite.

Very helpful and not pushy staff!! Jeremy was so nice and asked me what kind of scents I like so he was able to recommend 2 of the newest summer scented candles and I loved them enough to buy them.

I FairOaks mall there is gorgeous and very helpful young lady employee, her name is Sayeda, she is smart in guiding the customers, gives them smart advices. Give her a raise

Only Put Five Stars So All Could See. iHave Been A BBW Employee For Another Store For About 4yrs Now & iHave Never Hated Coming Into One Of Our Local Stores Like This One. Employees Here Are Super Rude & Want To Start Unnecessarily Attitudes. One Of The Girls At The Registers Was Being Super Rude & Called A Manger Just Because iWas Talking To My Sister... It Was The Worst BBW Experience iHave Seen In All These Years iHave Worked At BBW. Will Never Be Returning To This Location Again!

It was very busy but very clean when I visited. They have a queue set up outside to allow for a socially distanced shopping experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have staff managing the queue in front of the store to keep things orderly.

Sara and Emma who helped me out picking the hand soaps and wall fragrances. Very great on their customer service

Sale today for lotion was fantastic 4.95 $ any lotion, but the customer service and the service for the virus was extremely good, taking counts being distant and wearing mask. We were pleased.
