AT&T Store

I was really impressed. The staff there were super helpful and friendly. They made the whole process of finding the right phone and plan really easy. Plus, the store layout was great, everything was organized and easy to find. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be going back for any future telecom needs. Highly recommend!

Although I couldn’t get what I went there for last night but I wanted to say that mike was a really big help. He did everything he could to help and was really friendly and funny. If he hasn’t already gotten a raise I feel like he deserves one. Mike thank you again brother.

Dakota and Laura have been exceptionally helpful, and tremendously patient in the horridly ridiculous journey of trying to rid my original number from Straight Talk. They have done an awesome job as far as just helping my wife and I get set up and were very informative as well as exceptionally professional. Despite the insane amount of time fighting with straight talk, Dakota and Laura have been incredibly supportive and helpful. They have been amazing!

Store was clean and was greeted immediately by multiple people, so these folks want to help me. Dakota got me upgraded from iPhone to S22 Ultra quickly, and gave me a free wireless charger when I got my case and screen protector. Works great and Dakota and his team are always there when I bring friends, family, and questions in. Couldn't be more happy.

Alex was SUPER helpful, he helped me get my phones working again and gave me advice for helping me get a hotspot in the future. He really knows what he is talking about and I wish all AT&T representatives where as knowledgeable as him.

The manger Randy, Cailey, and Joe have always been super great help when we go to there store. There straight forward with helping people, and a very welcoming environment. They made the decision to stay with AT&T easier because of the one on one service over Spectrum. I recommend them. Any of these 3 people

The greatest thing about the west side AT&T store is hands down the customer service! The entire staff is so friendly and very helpful! The new manager Dakota is so knowledgeable and knows how to help you with any of your needs. I will only go to this AT&T store because of the great staff! Super impressed with the service I recently received while upgrading my phone. Mario was quick and got me exactly what I wanted. Very professional didn't try to pressure me into anything I didnt want and made sure I checked my new device that all of my stuff transferred over properly before resetting my old phone. I will definitely be requesting him anytime I need assistance again.

Sam and Brent did an excellent job of helping me make an informed decision on my new phone upgrade and showed me relative products that would benefit my purchase. They were very knowledgeable, quick and overall had great customer service.

I had such a great experience this past two days! I ended up dropping my old IPhone 10s and Taylor and Randy helped me upgrade to the IPhone 13. They helped transfer all my information over to the new phone and were very friendly and polite! They helped trade my old phone and gave me a great deal on my new phone. I also ended up buying a pair of AirPods with Taylor’s help. She was wonderful. I then had to go back the next day to get my old phone traded in. I also needed help pairing my older Apple Watch to the new phone. Even though it took a while due to my Apple Watch not being updated in quite a while. Dakota, Joe, and Randy were very helpful in getting everything working again. While waiting on the updates for the phone and the watch I ended up getting the new IPad Pro. And Dakota helped set it up for me. Finally at the end of the long day I ended up also getting the new iPhone for a mobile hotspot and was helped setting that up. Overall my experience was wonderful and they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for your plans.

The young store rep Karl Gustafson went above and beyond to help me solve the issues caused by another rep. I went in mad and upset and he handled the situation well. He was very knowledgeable on what I was asking and wanting and he did a fantastic job. I wish all the reps were as great as him. I wish I could give more stars than 5. Good job to you Karl.

Sam, was very polite and professional as soon as I entered the store. He can work while having a personable and friendly conversation. I will definitely keep going to this store for my AT&T services.

The sales associates are friendly and the store is clean. They were able to help me right away and get my new phone set up quickly. Hate having to wear a mask in the store but it only took 15 mins to finish there so not so bad.
