Big Lots

Lisa was absolutely amazing! I bought a couch on Monday and realized after getting it home and built that it was a little damaged. (Small holes on L piece) I called right away and lisa was the definition of understanding and accommodating! She discounted my product and refunded the 30% to my account immediately and she took an additional 50% off of a side table that I purchased to cover the hole!!

We went to a lot of stores looking for a relatively affordable recliner. We started at Big Lots who had lots of recliners, all with all durable pricing but we went to 2 or 3 more stores just to check on alternative recliners. Couldn't find anything under $1500 so we went back to Big Lots and found an Uber comfortable recliner on sale with an additional 15% off for $254 plus an extra $39.99 for 3 year warranty. The original price was $299. We are very happy with the purchase and the sales people were awesome. You do have to find your own delivery service or they recommend one that cost $65-80 bucks. We asked a friend with a big van. We are very happy with our purchase. Can't beat the price and the quality is good!

I know not everyone is into discount shopping but I enjoy the Big Lots experience.

The manager lady is so nice and knowledgeable she went to the back to check to e of they had an item and then told me the days the truck would be here for the new stuff !!! 5 stars

It's like a Ross but for every day household items, health & beauty, food, toys, tools, garden, definitely worth a visit if you're on a tight budget!! Last time I was there, they had summer sandals in stock for women & kids.

Got some good deals on dvds.

Jeff and D are awesome and very friendly and helpful. They helped my husband and I get our new couch and sign up for the Big Lots reward card. We've been to this Big Lots 3 times now and every time, everyone was been friendly and helpful. The store is clean and orderly. Great service.

Had a great experience! Had not been to a Big Lots since 2011'. I found some really nice pieces for my home decor here! My main store was in Cedar Park, where we lived years ago and I love that one as well, GREAT customer service and always loving the inventory!

Haven't been here since the remodel and I have to say it's a huge improvement. Nice layout. More decor selections. Nice seasonal items. I was impressed with the various food items. Prices are pretty good. Customer service was great as well. Very friendly staff.

Great place to shop convenient great location easy to get into plenty of parking lot good prices plenty of stuff from furniture to food to clothing kitchen supplies garden stuff bedroom furniture tables sofas when I say convenience store it is more than that it is on one shot One stop place Big lots I like going there

Always has what I'm needing and has other things that we always get.

I hadn't been to Big Lots in probably 4 to 5 months, coming here recently I was blown away by the awesome incredible remodel of the store. It's very clean I love the way it's laid out I love the way it's decorated and I love the way you get awesome service in the furniture Department. Everyone is very helpful. Love the Big Lots off of William Cannon and 35 I have been frequenting this store more since they remodeled it.

Nice cashier and a very nice gentleman who helped get some boxes that I really needed for a project.

It's beautifully well kept inside! The day I went was not ons a weekend and it was quite slow. I was so surprised with what I could find at a discounted price. Lots of gems here, worth stopping in to just browse odds and ends in furniture or pantry.

Haven't been to a big lots in a very long time and came in for a large decorative bowl to use as a sink and found so much more stuff that would be better for my project than I found at the previous store. The staff was friendly and happy to help as well. I don't like not being able to find what I need and they help so good! Lol

Management was super sweet. Store had lots of product, but was still pretty organized.

They had a really nice, & priced well, sectional sofa which I bought! I'll be buying a mattress next for master bedroom. I've bought 2 from them for our other bedrooms - they have worked out well for us.

I'm like a kid in candy store I love it there it's the first time I'm getting to pick out furniture for what I want even though it's only one chair so far and a cute little dinette set I'm going to have to go very very slow but good prices
