We really like this store! Yes, it's conveniently located, with lots of parking. Yes, they have a good selection of products and services. But mostly, YES, they have some attentive and knowledgeable staff. Today, we stopped in to do an Amazon return and were helped by such a friendly associate who also works in printing services. She's assisted us in the past when we printed a huge poster. Next, we checked out their chairs--my husband found one he really liked which was offered at a super sale price. Their associate, Antonino, helped us again on this visit by telling us about the weekly deals and special discounts; the way we can use the Staples app for price matching; and basically how to get the best pricing and rewards points. Omg, we ended up buying a great gaming chair and a Thomasville corner desk which is perfect for my sewing/craft room. and we saved HUNDREDS. When you walk in and someone asks if you need help, let them help you--they are really interested in providing customer service. I have used Staples for copying and printing services in the past but yesterday, I was taken care of by Johana (5th street location) and she was amazing! Attentive, patient, understanding and so helpful in getting my project complete. Staples should strive to find more employees like her!

Came here to find a printer and Bryan really helped us out and had really great customer service! If you ever need a guy who can help you find what you need, Bryan is your guy!

The store is clean and well managed the store manager Natasha and her staff are awesome. They are friendly and welcoming.It is refreshing to go somewhere with great customer service

The manager and cashier were absolutely amazing. They helped us sign up for the staples connect app and even went a step further comparing deals to save us money on the exact filing cabinet we wanted. They brought our heavy item out to the truck to help us load it. It’s been a while since we have experienced customer service like this in todays economy. Customer service at its finest.

I shop here a lot. And use their fax service once in a while. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Stopped by just to buy a couple of ink pens. Very very friendly cashier. He made me smile .

Went here to get some custom prints and there was a mixup/error where half my order never showed up. Michael offered amazing customer service as he personally resubmitted the order to make sure I got them. Will return for future prints.

Great service!!! Today Elizabeth help me over the phone to reorder my business cards from a previous order that I couldn't find on my order history. Printing always gives great service a and everybody in the store.

As always, Staples has a wide variety of products that I need. All are quality materials. The staff are, and have been, helpful and friendly. The Staples we went to on North 5th St, Las Vegas, also had a TSA precheck booth. We were directed to this booth, processed rapidly, then we shopped for needs (and wants). It was a win-win for us!

Chris Grant is a wonderful employee for you guys. We were looking for a heavy duty chair mat for our den. Since I cannot walk on my left foot he very graciously helped my husband find one & then brought it out to the car to make sure it was the right style. It was perfect. After our purchasing the mat he helped bring it to the car & then placed it so it wouldn't bend anywhere. We are now Staples customers forever. Thank you again Chris.

I was challenged by the Multi Function Xerox and Elizabeth was so so nice and helped me get my job done, she took her time and was very patient and understanding, she definitely deserves recognition!!!!!

David from printing is amazing. We had to print some stuff for a funeral of a friend which is obviously a very emotional situation and we needed the prints perfect. David spent about an hour helping us and making sure they were perfect. We love and appreciate your caring employee David in an sensitive situation.

I'm leaving a 5-star because of the awesome combo of having a home-town vibe combined with brand-named support, selection and service. I'm a little lost on designing some things. I ordered a small batch of biz cards online to pick up in-store. I was greeted and assisted in clearing up some items and choices. They assisted me right away. Gave me new ideas and did some pricing comparisons for me. I met a local business man, a deli guy, who was also there receiving stellar Service! I am new to Vegas and come from California so I totally appreciate the can do attitude! Thanks Again

Great selection and knowledgeable employees

This review is for their printing service. Specifically for Susanna who helped me during the most difficult time of my life. What would have been a 12 hour turn around time took her 2 hours tops. She's very professional and I am extremely grateful for her help. Sorry the review took a while but ill do business with this location again. Thank you.
