AT&T Store

I came into the store tonight in full panic mode after accidently canceling my phone line online. I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. Mario sat with me for over an hour and went above and beyond to help me! He is knowledgeable, kind, and a true asset to the company!

I had a problem with my phone not recognizing certain apps. Originally I went to a different store for help . The Mgr was very professional and patient but couldn't correct the problem. I decided to try my luck at a different store so I went to the Lincoln Mall location. I was greeted immediately with a smile and professionalism by Mario who assured me he would find the problem and fix it. He was very patient and diligent and about 60 mins later the issue with my phone was resolved. This is what customer service used to be like. Thank you Mario

We came to AT&T to learn more about your plans as we wanted to switch from our current provider.

Dennis Rodrigues, from the Lincoln, RI store, was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the different options. He was very helpful answering questions and when we decided to switch - the transfer was quick and easy.

I visited an AT&T store on Jan 19 2023 to port my spouse's mobile number from Boost mobile to AT&T and I had the pleasure of working with one of the store representatives named Mario Jorge.

I am writing this review to express my appreciation for the excellent service that Mario Jorge provided me. From the moment I walked into the store, Mario greeted me with a warm and friendly smile.

Mario even called Boost Mobile customer care for getting the porting information. The call lasted for more than an hour. The information given by Boost Mobile didn't work for AT&T. Mario had to call another time to check what is wrong with the details.
He was patient all the time and took great care of me during the visit.

Despite all of the efforts, the port-in info didn't work. So I have got a new number.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the AT&T store, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mario. I highly recommend Mario to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly representative at the AT&T store.

This was one of the BEST experiences I've ever had at an AT&T store. I was referred to a specific sales consultant who I had never worked with before, Jennifer Fredette. She was just returning from her lunch break when I arrived, and had no idea I was coming or who I was. Jenn had such a down to earth, upbeat, outstanding personality; and best of all, provided the most amazing service! I look forward to working with Jenn in the future as well as referring my family and friends. Her customer service surpasses five stars!

Thanks to the guy who "fixed" my phone, haha!! He really did fix it.. It turned out I was a dummy and didn't realize there was just lint stuck in the charge port, LOL. I appreciate that the guy there cleaned it out for me. I also appreciate that I wasn't pressured into signing a contract for service because i love the price and convenience of my prepaid plan and dont want to switch. I'll be back there when I'm ready for a new phone. My recommendation for corporate is to stock each color of phone at all times. The only reason I didn't drop cash on a new phone is because they didn't have the purple one I wanted.

You guys need more people like Joe. He was a very nice, well spoken, helpful person that made my overall shopping experience wonderful. Whatever you guys are paying this man isn't enough.

Joe was so so helpful and helped me tremendously with everything. Set up everything for me and made sure that it all came through perfectly with no issues. He was more than friendly and I do not have 1 bad thing to say about my experience. I walked out with my phone and apple watch all set up and I couldn’t be happier.

Always a good experience at the Lincoln, RI location. Nicholas was very informative and took the time to walk us through more current plans and new phone pricing. We upgraded and it was seamless - thanks Nick!! We recommend the store and be sure to ask for Nick!

Joe was awesome. We came in because my phone was lost and he made it so easy to get a new one set up and also provided me with a great new deal that also got me and my son set up with the iwatch. If you ever need anything I definitely say work with him!

Decided to make the switch from Verizon to AT&T. I had questions due to switching over 5 lines. Mario was the associate who helped me and he was great!! He answered every question I had, and had a great attitude while helping me. I feel like that’s rare to find lately. Mario made switching over a whole family easy and painless. I was dreading having to do this whole process and I can honestly say it was the most positive customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time.

Joe was such a huge help! We got our new iPhone 13 pro quickly and efficiently, felt fully educated & informed of all options, and felt confident we got a great deal. Highly recommended shipping at AT&T!

My husband and I were in store today looking for new phones. We had Jennifer help us. She was so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and found us the best deal for what we needed in an iPhone. We had such a good feeling when we left the store. She explained everything in detail to us. We couldn’t have asked for better service! A terrific employee!!!

Went into the store yesterday was very convenient they are open on Sundays because my phone broke and I need one for work. Came in and someone helped me immediately, the man I worked with was very nice and informative. They even had the football game on so we got to watch that while waiting for my phones to transfer information. Overall a great experience compared to ones I've had with other companies in the past

Mario was absolutely amazing! Not only was he and knowledgeable and courteous, he went above and beyond, helping my friend and I with unlocking a phone from a different service provider, as well swapping phones. I can't praise his demeanor, patience and pleasant personality enough! Thank you Mario!

Mario, Dennis and Tyson at the Lincoln, RI store were excellent to work with. It was a family ordeal upgrading phones, changing plans, purchasing accessories etc... they were all there every step without skipping a beat and affording us the opportunity to make informed decisions on what would be best for us. Extremely knowledgeable on assisting with phone and watch set ups as well as discounts etc... We are very grateful we selected this store.

Joe has helped us 3 weekends in a row now between getting new phones, pairing Apple watches, etc and he’s been incredibly helpful. He got my mom set up with the first responder program, which saves her money every month. Thanks so much, Joe 😊

I went into the AT&T store in Lincoln to see if I was eligible for a phone update. I was immediately greeted by Jennifer. After checking my account it was determined I was eligible. Jennifer helped my pick out my new phone, did the data transfer, applied the screen protector and new case and accessories. It was such a pleasant and painless experience. As we all know that’s hard to come by these days. I highly recommend using this location. Jennifer was fantastic.
