We are so grateful to Max and the super kind team at Auto Zone. They saved our butts. We’re on a cross country road trip and they took the time to test everything when we hit some car trouble. They were way more attentive than the mechanics we saw yesterday. They really went above and beyond for us. I never leave reviews but I just had to share my experience here. Thanks Max!

Went to AutoZone because I just needed to take a friends bike tire off so we can fit it in her car. Shelley D. went above and beyond for us and we extremely appreciated her service! She took the time to not only help us with our minor problem but spoke to us with loads of kindness and consideration. She honestly made mine and my friend's day, and we will 100% be back to that AutoZone specifically because of Shelley!

Had a spark plug go 30 minutes into a 4hr trip home on the expressway; the store manager changed it for us in no time. She was super personable and knowledgeable, and the whole thing was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Easily the best and most helpful AutoZone I've been to, thanks for getting us back on the road!

Stopped in Perrysburg today. Was already feeling defeated walking in as I'm on budget and need a new battery. As soon as I walk in a friendly face MAX was there to help me with my needs . I was pointed to and directed to the batteries and shown my best options in my budget . After looking around , another MICHELLE came in and also amazing saved the day price matching me to a battery that fits both my budget and is awesome for my car !!!! Highly recommend this location and both Michelle and Max !!!! They are awesome and I'm leaving one happy lady with a fresh battery 🖤 at an unbeatable cost...

Also to add for whatever reason the dealership/jeep had a different battery in the car that popped up on the screen originally . Both max and Michelle were fn awesome in exchanging the already purchased battery and replaced it with the a newer and better one at the SAME PRICE . I truly can't recommend this place and pair enough !! Thank you guys again if you are seeing this you truly made me entire day you have no idea !!!

Shout to Jonjay for the help today. Appreciate you man! Jonjay was quick to find me a battery replacement but couldn't help with replacing right away due to short staff. As soon as he had the coverage, he came out to the parking lot and offered to take over. He got it done super fast. Good chat about cars and parts in the meantime. Thanks again

Has the nicest employees and the most helpful employees in the world, My car broke down next to their parking lot and they helped me the entire 3 hours I was there they genuinely care about customers and I really appreciated their help through the process of buying my alternator.also thank you Max and Carl for helping me

I needed to switch from the temp tag to the permanent plate. The packaging for the screws is not marked clearly. One older gentleman worker tried to help, and he asked someone to help me. 2nd gentleman wasnt much help.
James came out and changed it for me. Trust me, I was wondering how the heck i was going to manage it. He changed it from a bad visit to a 10.:)

These Lady's at this store in Perrysburg Ohio are amazing when above and beyond. We had broke down last night came up and tried to charge got it going twice to get to their store and work on it they solve warranty issue and on even opened up her mobile tool box (jeep) hard to find people that will help ya like that these days

The store was busy but Christina was very helpful in finding a fuse that would work for us even thought the store didn't carry the exact one we needed.

I went to this store since the store in Lima, OH misread a part number, I was at home for Easter and I had to exchange that part for the correct one. I was helped by a guy there who had long hair and glasses and he knocked this out of the park. Seriously. He was wonderful. Kind, helpful, positive, just a wonderful experience. Then after I got my part he said if something else goes south I'll be here until 9pm tonight to help you. I apologize I didn't get his name but AutoZone, PLEASE positivity recognize this employee of yours for a job well done. I wish all my car projects go as smoothly as this one did after the fact.

I had a car problem this evening and flew into a panic. Jonah and his manager were so helpful that I am beyond grateful! Their advice and help with taking care of the problem were invaluable. Wonderful place to go, love having them here local!

Before we bought it our Jeep was in an accident and when someone fixed it they put on some wrong parts. At the Perrysburg AZ they helped ALOT to get me the parts I needed, Julie was great to work with. Great customer service! They still r helpful!

I went in looking for a specific item in a rather low price range. I was immediately asked if I needed help when entering the store and the employee quickly found the item I wanted. The one I wanted was way out of my price range but the employee suggested other places for me to look to find what I needed and I was able to find it in my price range.
