Shop is very quaint and fitting for the area. The fresh homemade ice cream is 🤩AMAZING 🤩. Sign provides ingredients information and locally sourced ingredients are used as much as possible. Strongly recommend the berry crumble, taste like berry cobbler mixed into vanilla ice cream.
Very happy we stopped. I'm also happy I don't live near here because I would be a VERY regular customer for that ice cream, and my waistline wouldn't appreciate it.

Great little store with t-shirts and mugs, books and prepared food and drinks in the heart of Cuyahoga. Nice place to sit and chill in a rocking chair on the deck while enjoying some Mitchell’s ice cream after a hike or bike ride!

This trail stop has clean restrooms drinking fountains and a selection of cold drinks and snacks. they also have a nice selection of Cuyahoga valley national Park maps and program brochures.

Great place to stop for a break while on the Towpath trail. Ability to buy Mitchell's ice-cream there is a bonus.

Great place for take out food and beverages (and ice cream!) as well as souvenirs and things, and it's fun by the park conservancy so your purchase supports Cuyahoga Valley NP! Some great vegan and vegetarian sandwich options, and friendly staff!
