This CVS is the best CVS I've ever visited . The staff are amazing and very attentive. Makes you feel great shopping there. Big thanks and shout out to \"Sin\" for her amazing personality and helpfulness and \"Kim\" for being super positive and efficient. Thank you all so much !

Nadia at the CVS Pharmacy in Canyon Hills just made our day! My father-in-law lost his diabetes test strips and while we are waiting to get a hold of the VA for more, he tried to buy some only bought the wrong ones for a hefty price. I thought I'd try CVS to see if they have some samples or advice and Nadia was able to find us some that were compatible with his kit and were also on sale. She was so helpful and wanted to make sure we got the best price. So grateful! Thank you Nadia!

Went on the website to see how late they were open and saw two star rating. I've always had a good experience then noticed the reviews are 2 years old when everyone was losing their minds..dosen't seem fair so giving them five stars..

The cvs covid call center made an error scheduling my husband and I in 2 different cvs for our booster shots but the pharmacist on duty on 3/26/22 was very kind to accomodate both of us so that one of us didn't have to go to another cvs. She was awesome!!

Wow these post are knarley. I don’t use the pharmacy so I have no review for that. First Time I came to this CVS was last Sunday 10/13/19 my cvs off lakeshore always has red machine down. I coupon and I need those machines to print. Anyways I was there for an hour gathering up all my deals. Was very happy with the store cleanliness and layout.
When I went to check out I was telling the guy you might want to call another checker, cus I hold up line due to coupons- I know sorry.
Anyways the guy was the best dude ever, helped me with my coupons even helped me figure out the issues I had with my extra care card due to having like 4 accounts I didn’t even know I had 4 cards and that’s why my deals were ll jacked up cus I need to allocate all my monies to one care card.

Anyways I am making this post to thank him because he didn’t treat me like I was a pain in the but or get irritated with me as many cashiers do treat couplers badly as they get annoyed ya know.

So I wish I had his name but he know who he is.

Wow I can't believe the negative reviews for this CVS..
When the CVS on Newport and Bradley Rd opened I started going there for my meds because its closer to my home..it was and still is horrid. The lines to wait weave thru the isles..and they have at least 15 people working back in the pharmacy.
.so I had my meds transfered and went back to this CVS in ELSINORE..NEVER have to wait in long lines..all employees are kind and courteous and I bring my own bags so dont need to ask for any. The store is always clean.Even now with this shut down the wait at the drive thru isn't that long..
Maybe its not the store but its the customers
who have the problem and are impatient.

Katelyn the manager as well as the other pharmacist and staff are excellent. I learned a lot about how prescriptions work and although trying to navigate the prescription realm can be difficult I appreciate you guys working for us.

Its Great place but to get your medication fill it takes forever but that is only because they have 1 Pharmacist at a time to fill RX from Canyon lake and Canyon Hills they should have 2 at a time. But they are all great

4 th person in line. Started as the 9th 45 minutes ago. It takes 10-15 minutes per person. Beyond ridiculous. Used to be less than 5 minutes per car but this last year has slowed down drastically. The same person is working drive up and walk in. I just lost an hour and a half of my life for an unknown delay. Currently 6 cars behind me and several have left. I would leave but this is an acute treatment.

Update 9/4/21: Things have improved quite a bit since my prior review. Thank you CVS for listening and making a difference. I have changed my prior rating from 1 star to 3. Moving the right direction.

They told me to leave my backpack outside lol ive never had anyone ask me that before especially because its my versacce purse/backpack

There is no Covid19 provisions. No hand sanitizer at the check out. No wipes for your basket when you enter. No social distancing, people are all pilled up at the pharmacy. The feel of this place is total chaos. With my new prescription they almost never add the refills in computer so when you go to refill they have to look up the hard copy. This pharmacy makes a lot of mistakes.

CVS is the Worst pharmacy ever, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Always out of stock. They're very rude. Not to sure how they bought Rite Aid. I never had an issue with Rite Aid. Find a different pharmacy. You'll have issues if you pick this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the worst, find someplace else. Their hours are terrible, they are always out of stock, and the staff is rude and lazy. When they finally an item restocked, they forget to fill your prescription or let you know it's ready.

Finally got a human on the phone and was told by Kim, she had customers. (Umm, what am I?) Put me in hold for over ten minutes, came back and asked what I was looking for again. Had me on hold another five minutes - hung up on me! My daughter called and she was hung up on too. We have spent 1000’s of dollars at this pharmacy and to be mistreated in multiple occasions is completely unacceptable. We will take our business elsewhere l. Staff desperately needs customer service training.
