Buying from GRC was a fantastic experience. They saved me thousands on a new GE refrigerator. A small blemish where no one will notice for such an unbelievable deal was a no-brainer. Paying retail price seems foolish. Greg let me take my time, answered my questions, delivered when he said they would and stood by what he said. Very hard to find these days.

I'd certainly recommend checking with GRC if you're shopping for a new appliance. I'll be suggesting them to family, friends and anyone I know who's looking and they'll be my go-to for any future appliance needs. They've earned a repeat customer.

We are so grateful to have found Greg and Raven AND my new/used Electrolux Dryer. It has been 2 months now and I'm loving laundry time to watch that thing work magic. Owner Greg listened so patiently while I listed all of my I want this and I want this. We ended up buying the very dryer he recommend over the phone. I felt heard and he had the expertise and passion to direct me to the best choice in the first place.

Next week, we are having Greg out to the house to replace an oven part and likely the dishwasher. Point is, I am done with the expectations and disappointments buying new appliances, right?! I have a resource I trust, has the knowhow to 'hear' what I want, and to have repair when mechanics will eventually fail..... GRC is a priceless find!

Bought a washer, dryer, stove and fridge from them back 8 months ago. Waited to give a review to see if anything would break. Let me tell you. I'm a mom of 5 and use everything daily multiple times a day. 8 months later and everything still runs as if it was brand new. I paid about $1600 for all 4 items and I am extremely satisfied. The owners were amazing people and delivered in a timely manner. They also can service my appliances if ever need be. Will definitely return to them if I ever need anything else.

Bought a beautiful Samsung refrigerator the whole transaction was smooth super nice people. They have tons of inventory to choose from for a fraction of the price . I would definitely buy from them again and recommend anyone in need of a quality appliance.

I bought a Speed Queen washer from them. Easy to work with, I was so comfortable as they had a 30 day warranty but also said we could contact them if there was an issue after that. They delivered for a reasonable fee. So very happy

I usually done give 5 stars, but GRC is amazing. Raven, one of the owners, was very responsive when sending a message on Facebook. We very quickly switched to talking on the phone at her request. Delivery was right in the window timeframe Raven originally quoted. She let me know their ETA and again messaged when they were two minutes away. The product was as described, it was very clean inside and without an odor. I was so impressed with the product, pricing, set up and top notch customer service, I asked GRC to look for another unit just like the one I purchased Saturday, November 20, 2021.

If you're in need of a gently used washer or dryer unit, definitely check out GRC Appliance Specialists! Greg and Raven are upfront/honest individuals. They delivered/installed my washer and dryer in a timely manner. Made sure both units worked and I was happy.

Great prices and wonderful communication. Raven and Greg explained everything from the history of the machines I purchased to what additional items I’d need for my purchase. They made this experience of buying my first washer and dryer easy and stress free.

It's sad when people try to degrade a business just to be agravating....aggravating.....
