Very good customer service. He accidentally grabbed me the wrong thing when I wanted a zero nicotine vape because I'm quitting. after I realized it when I was already on the highway I called and he had me stop at his other Lima store to trade them in for a superior vape with more puffs at no extra charge. Highly recommend the frozen strawberry raz for anyone trying to quit cigarettes or anything. Really helps especially when I drive long distances for work.

Very clean with a nice set up. Lots of juices to choose from and they are willing to get in new flavors. Staff is amazing and knowledgeable about the product's. I highly recommend taking the time to go in and see what they have.
