I’ve been to this location many many times and always had great experiences. The staff are always extremely friendly. On my recent trip, two employees went above and beyond to help me. A gentleman named Terrance and a cashier named Yesenia. Both helped answer every question I had and went above and beyond. Out of all the locations in the Columbus area, this one is the best!

I bought shed today and the manager Susan Metoyer made the experience of buying shed wonderful. She was very patient and thank you.

GREG was the friendliest and most helpful employee i’ve ever come across! He was straight to the point and accurate as to what exactly he thought I needed and went out of his way to help me! He even mapped out a picture with measurements for the shelving I wanted to build. I hope he gets a raise.

Great store. The associates are always very friendly and helpful. I have a Lowe's closer to my house, but I drive a little further because of the selection and staff.

Big thank you to David at the customer service desk. He found my old receipt and was able to exchange my defective Husky LED work light. Thanks Dave!

Updated: STILL a solid 5 stars!! And to pass along to other Home Depot customers, I Highly recommend their brand HDX products ~ I've bought everything from air filters, to batteries, toilet paper, and trash bags. Very high quality, same as "name brands" but for Half the price!!

I just left from the garden area with an extremely heavy cart (pavers, mulch, and top soil). Jimmy was out collecting carts, he ran over just to ask if I needed some help, and then helped me get everything into my car in no time at all! He made this experience amazing today!

Kind staff, very helpful, even if you need assistance outside of their expertise. Good prices on seasonal items, where most other stores would raise the prices on those items. Really like the loading and unloading area, it's definitely customer focused.

Came to this location to rent a truck. The man at the rental desk provided great service and was very helpful. I can't speak for the rest of the store but the Rental area was exceptional!

It's rare when we find an employee that is very knowledgeable. We needed help in the tool section & Dan was very polite & helpful. He explained the different tool options, attachments we'd need for the job, and showed us visually on a door the way it would work. Thanks a bunch Dan!

Bought a Solar powered Canti-lever umbrella on sale here for a great deal!! Called in after seeing it online to see if in stock and the service was good over the phone, checked for me immediately and was very informative, communicative and nice. The fam loves it ! 5 stars in my experience.

Store manager, Chris, was headed to break when he saw me struggling to load my car. We quickly realized the item was not going to fit. Come to find out, Chris and I only live a few doors away from each other. Chris loaded my item in his truck and delivered it to my house.

I will forever patronize this Home Depot because of my awesome experience. LITERALLY helping doers get more done.

Huge, iconic institution that is critical in building and remodeling trade. All the tools and materials in one place.

I want to recognize Lisa who helped my husband and I purchase a Milwaukee superhog today. We cannot explain how appreciative we are of the service and energy she gave us throughout our whole trip to Home Depot today. She delivered from start to finish with the best customer service we have ever received. She took her time to find the product we were specifically searching for, transport it carefully to the self checkout lane, and even assisted in our purchase/cost of product. We cannot explain how much we appreciate her because she just assisted in the journey of us purchasing our new home for our first child. Please recognize her as an ALL STAR, PERSONABLE, and GREAT human being and employee because she deserves every bit of the recognition for the person she is! She is the reason we will continue to shop at Home Depot, let alone the location in Gahanna Lisa-thank you from Drew and I.

Stacie at the customer service desk is amazing, very helpful she’s like a store team member on your side she helped me work out my product sku problems and assisted me with entering my information for their military discount program into the Home Depot app. I highly recommend if you need help ask for her or the manager Michelle both are pink and sparkly
