I had such a great time at this store with Michelle. She was such a sweetheart. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and helped me right away. She is really good at listening to what you want and made it comfortable to sit and chat with her. I'm so happy with my service there I will be bringing some of my friends there to come get new service with T- Mobile.

I went into the Grenville T-Mobile. I was greeted by Michelle M. She was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about everything T-Mobile has to offer. She was very patient with me even though I was frustrated about my phone issue. She remained polite, patient and positive. When I left the store I was very satisfied and so excited about being able to get a new phone. T-Mobile needs more staff like Michelle M. I can’t thank her enough.

Went in to transfer my cell service from Verizon and Jav & Michelle made the process so easy for me! They worked as a team to give me the best service, and made sure I understood how everything would work. Best service I’ve received in years from a phone company. Thank you very much !

I was having some major problems with my Pixel 6 phone from an update on the Google keyboard. I brought my phone in and Steven at the Glenville NY location. He spent more than 30 minutes with me fixing my phone and had me on my way. I can't tell you how nice he was and how much I appreciated his help. Super fantastic service

I’m equi-distant from 3 T-Mobile retail stores in the Niskayuna area. By FAR, I prefer the Glenville store: they are knowledgeable, polite, helpful… keep up the terrific business; it’s noticed and recognized!!

T-Mobile as a whole is amazing compared to the absurd competition. AT&T and Verizon treat their customers like garbage with misc charges and astronomical pricing. Sprint’s signal is way behind the curve. Cant even use the phone and data at the same time! T-Mobile is unlimited everything and their taxes and fees included pricing is super low and transparent. It’s awesome and couldn’t be happier as an actual T-Mobile customer. This store in particular is incredible. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Prince Reed was phenomenal. I had a voice mail issue which was very difficult to correct. After trying several possible solutions he found the correct one. He had a smile on his face and was very personable the entire time. At one time he was dealing with me and also 2 phone calls at once. He made me one very happy person. A big thank you to Prince.

Best mobile service we have had was once we started coming here. Other T-Mobile stores are not as good, and after being with Sprint, we are glad to have our current service and this as our T-Mobile retail contact.

I had a Bad I.T. issue that couldn’t be resolved on the phone with customer service. 2 of my 5 phones were reported as Blocked. And were useless. Short story - Long: The Store Mgr. Alexander Travis, gave it his full attention. Many levels of troubleshooting. Success. My phones were working. He explained the issues and fixed them immediately. A nightmare that was fixed on a rainy cold winter night in Glenville, NY. Thanks Alexander.
