I had great experiences at this location. I went for 2nd. Exchange, they were still super nice to me. Even I ended up getting a refund, I did not see any pissy face. :) thank you for not making me feel bad.

Popped in this past Sunday to make a return and get some advice. The two ladies where super nice I feel bad I don’t remember their names (both had brown hair one curly). They where super super sweet, kind and helpful. I see lots of poor reviews but I’m going to remain optimistic based on my experience and keep giving this location a shot.

Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews about the customer service. I just had a few returns where they didn’t have my size/color in store.

Austin was very helpful as I looked at other options in store and online. Austin helped me find an alternative pair of shorts that I’m very happy with and really appreciate the fact that I wasn’t rushed.

Issac was very kind and helpful in the changing room and even offered to help find alternative sizes/colors.

I own a business and always try to give excellent customer service, but tonight Jan 27th at 8 pm when I arrived with my daughter purchase a jacket I was blown away by the exceptional service given to me by a young female sales associate. My experience in this store has taught me valuable lessons that I will put in practice with my associates. The exceptional service both my daughter and me received will have me as a permanent customer with Lulu Lemon. Their friendliness and anticipation of customer desires and needs should definitely be an example of how great customer service should be.

Wanted to share my past 2 experiences at this location. My daughter and I had the pleasure of being assisted by JT who is so professional and detailed oriented. He paid attention to her needs offered options and answered all of her questions. It’s Associates like him that represent your company well. We appreciate him and the service he provided during both of our recent visits.
In addition Deeza, (not sure of the spelling) was very helpful and nice during our check out experience. Thank you both for the perfect experience, we appreciate it very much.

Highly recommend visiting the store!

The moment you walk in, there is a table with hand sanitizer and masks and a friendly face to welcome you into the store.

I was helped by Sabrina, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, along with a few others in the fitting rooms.

I came in yesterday and worked with the manager Dom and he was wonderful. I have never had a better experience with customer service. I would highly recommend shopping here
