T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

My guy was great. Knowledgeable , professional and very kind. Once i got him past my" need" for upgrades. My phone cost $288.00 he wanted me to pay $20. a month for 24 months (which equals $480.00. Yes i can do math in my head) He then told me i would get 'upgrades' like 'free' Netflix or a tablet or ear buds. I said they are not free if i am paying a total of $480. for a $288. phone. I would pay cash. He is supposed to push these upgrades, i get that. Once we got past all that he was good

Great vibe in this store amanda was excellent she really made sure I didn't lose my photos or contacts I'll be back when I need help for sure

Brandon assisted me with a plan change and a new phone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process only took a couple hours (updates and data transfer from old to new phone). I ran a few other errands and when I came back it was all done. Easy peasy!

Good people there still have large long waiting line or I should say everything you do there takes a while sometimes you end up waiting in line but they know what they're talking about and they know what they're doing so it's a good place to go if you have a questions about your team mobile service

My husband and I went into T-Mobile to switch over from another carrier to take advantage of the military pricing. When we walked in the store we were greeted by Amy with a very warm smile and she said she'd be right with us as she was helping another customer. We waited and while we were waiting I was able to observe not only how she was dealing with the customer but also how customer was interacting with her. Amy at all times was professional and very understanding of the customer that she was dealing with and the issues that the customer was having. After she was done with that customer, Amy helped us. Amy was amazing. She explained all of our options, and helped us to maximize our savings. We spent a number of hours in the store due to the fact that my phone transfer was a very long process and due to everything I had on my phone. Through the entire process Amy was great. I had to return the phone that I had selected the following day due to some issues with that phone and not liking it. Amy again went above and beyond and help me with my new phone. Amy also contacted me to let me know about the military pricing and the phone promotion that was going on so I could pass it along to other military members in the area as we are a very small community and very strong with the military presence. We also live in a rural area and Amy has gone above and beyond in helping us get a cell spot to boost our signal in our home. She's always available to me via text message or a phone call and with a representative like that for T-Mobile it makes me happy that we switched.

Most friendly and professional staff. Getting a new phone can be quite frustrating in general. But, these guys really went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of with sense of humor and humility. They didn't try to upsell and listened what I needed and tried to provide the best solutions for my situation. Thanks, Amy and Nate and sorry I didn't catch the name of the other one. They were all super friendly and helpful. Best cell phone store service ever. Highly recommend it.

very satisfying with the customer service here I recommend seeing Madison or Nick they're amazing, Nick was a little shyish it seemed but very knowledgeable and I just kept talking to him until he talked back. Madison seems to be doing a wonderful job at managing the store especially during this "pandemic" the world is suffering from. The bar is set high and I think that I will be in enjoying my cell phone carrier this time.

I love this store...they are always amazing and helpful...Cheyenne and Madison are amazing and took great care of me today. Madison who I have never worked with is great and friendly. Cheyenne is the best...since they opened that has been my store and most times Cheyenne is there and takes great care of me...just like today. I will miss Cheyenne when she leaves...but in her absence I get Madison who is just as amazing.

I have had some pretty bad experiences when it comes to cell providers. Nothing but trouble, from hidden fees to horrible customer service. I took the time to write this review because I was blown away by the customer service that this location has provided. If you want honest, reliable people assisting you, this is where the search ends.
Bother the manager and female associate I have worked with were incredible. I cannot give them enough credit..

I'm thankful for the opportunity to give praise to these people. Hard working and dedicated to making people smile. PLEASE DONT STOP. you represent T-Mobile very well, and it's solely because of these experiences that I have chosen to stay with the company.

Jesse was so amazing I am an older woman and he was so so patient. He gave it his all and more in a very kind way. Please recognize him because he was so helpful. Not only did he do all for me I know if I sent in my senior friends he would be amazing, and u don't know how good that makes us feel because we are so out of things. SO THANK U SO MUCH JESSE

I have been to Tmobile several times now (at least 5) and only 1 of those times was I buying something. All the other times I was having google issues, charging issues, memory card issues etc etc. EVERY single time I've had a different staff member helping me and EVERY time they are courteous and kind. I've been frustrated and they've been understanding, I've been confused and they've been super and extensivey explanatory, I've been there accidentally about something not necessarily thier job (google issues I thought were Tmobile) and they helped anyway. I appreciate them. They are awesome.

The store manager Cheyenne is so sweet to everyone, she has a very hard job with some of the guest that go in to buy a phone or return product.
I watched her be very patient with some very rude and hard to deal with people.
