AT&T Store

Looking to streamline your purchase of a new phone?May I suggest the store on Harry L Dr. in the mall.Very nice and accommodating sales team. Not the usual spend 4 hours to accomplish your goals. I really mean" in and out" pleasant change for AT&T.

Very efficient service at the AT&T store (Oakdale Commons in Johnson City, NY) by rep. Brian, upgraded phone to Iphone 15 Pro Max. I’m very happy. I like it when employees at any establishment know their business.

Thank you to Josh for helping me out today! Josh immediately greeted me, walked over and asked if I needed help. We chose a screen protector and he carefully cleaned the screen and applied it for me. He was very helpful and gave the phone number and told me to call if any questions or problem. This is the second time I've visited this store, last time Dakota helped me. Both are an asset to this store.

Very pleased with the service at this location !! I’ve had Brian and Andy the last couple times (all are really helpful) visiting this location. They always manage to get me in and out in a timely manner and are always efficient and fast at fixing the problem :)

Kurt was amazingly helpful. Good customer service. They didn't have what I needed so Sarah the manager drive to the Vestal store to get me what I needed. Top notch customer service!!

Nicolas was the best employee I saw at the AT&T store. He was accommodating and even was alone helping; he tried his best to help others while helping me! Cause he was the only one is assisting customers on Saturday, while his colleague was running late.

We were waited on immediately got what we came for,service in Ireland while traveling in less than 10 minutes and then left

Oakdale Mall location were super friendly and welcoming and were a big help when me and my wife ported our service over , no issues with our service either and we travel a lot so it’s great to have reliable service wherever we are. Great job AT&T you have to lifelong customers now .

We came in about 45 minutes to close looking to transfer my phone number from one account to another. Nick was so sweet and patient from the start of the process to the end. He put a new screen protector on my phone and even did a second one to make sure it was perfect. He was fun to talk to and very helpful getting what I wanted done :) thanks nick!!!

I was assisted quickly and Dakota was a huge help to me. He explained everything to me in detail. Great service. I've been with ATT for a long time now & I won't switch!

Our sales person was Chris Dorin was patient he answered all of our questions. Was incredible knowledgeable. He was by far the best ATT rep we have encountered today. He knew the product and went through our accounts to find the cost savings and best plan for our usage.
A really great experience. He should be rewarded for his exemplary service. We need more reps like him. He should definitely be a manager and trainer.

We came to the store close to closing and he did not rush us or behaved impatiently. He provided his best throughout.
