Gregg's Market Place

This is a small market but it carries a good selection of products. I normally stop for milk and other staples on my way to my cabin. They have some fresh produce, along with snack and convenience items as well. You can't compare this to a giant supermarket but it serves a small town well and is convenient for those like me traveling through. Friendly staff on duty.

We love this place. We come here frequently you can't beat the prices for the put together lunches and dinners and they are good. The people in here are always friendly and helpful. Its nice that you have the hardware store right there also so its a one stop shop. Great stop off 81. The fresh made food section has a large selection of homemade salads, we've sampled quite a few and all have been really good! The man that works in that department is always helpful, friendly and speedy with his service!

First time I was ever in there. I was impressed. Produce was a small area but what was there was all good quality. Decent selection of again quality meats. The shelves were well stocked with a very nice selection of products and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stop there again when I'm going that way.

I enjoy shopping at Greg's market especially in Whitney point New York there is a vast variety of foods,; flowers and many other goods. The cashiers are really polite with a smile and ready to help you find something there is a good deli and bakery. I can usually find just about anything I am looking for. Good grocery store and all around store. today I bought money orders there and stamps which I didn't realize I could do always something new occurring at the store for me Check it out!

Great place to grab some nick nacks to go ...

Came in with my infant in a car seat and a staff member came over to offer me a grocery cart. Picked out a ripe avocado which was perfect for me and another employee offered to get me some less ripe ones from the back. When I checked out, I wasn’t sure how to get the bagged groceries back into my cart with the car seat so a kind employee offered me a “carry out”. Someone promptly came to help and offered to wait while I unloaded my bags and the infant so she could take both carts back for me. Great experience!

I bought 6 portobello mushrooms and 3 were bad when I went to cook them the next day. The customer service refund was trusting and a positive experience.

Lacking on vegetarian meat alternatives so recommend other store for vegetarian hot dogs, chili, or otherwise.

This is a good place. Not a big store but has a deli. Baked goods . Bread. Alittle of Lot of items . Joins with the variety story. Were you can get hard ware. Snow shovels. Fabric. Stove pipes. Lawn care. I go here frequently. Friendly service too!!

I believe more people should shop local because is hurts small business like this and stop using places like Walmart so much just because they are a little cheaper.. when there is a snow storm and you need bread and milk, it's nice to always have this right in town.

Best small town grocery and variety stores!!! Always clean and well stocked! Even with prices rising, they manage to stock the staples and offer great deals to feed my family

I think it's a great little store. Gregs employees are very polite, and this store is one stop shopping from bread, to propane with true value hardware accessible directly from the grocery section. I have an idea for people who have negative comments and complaints about Gregs 🤔 Take your negativity elsewhere!

I ABSOLUTELY Love this lil store. I was pressed for time and spotted this place by chance. I thought I'd go broke like when frequenting other lil stores but to my surprise the prices are exceptionally reasonable, its clean, organized and friendly. I will return on my next time through, and I will recommend it to my family and friends that are somewhat in this area 🤗💞

We were going to Niagra Falls and wanted to stop and get a snack. We stopped by around 7:30 a.m. we drove all the way from Florida. To make a long story short, they are under renovation but they were very nice and helpful.
Prices weren't bad at all we found some products that are more expensive down our way. Nice family hole in the wall if your ever in the area.

Okay so this is my hometown supermarket and one that I frequent quite often although their prices are a little steep on some things they do run some sales that are well worth the money. This store is very convenient for the community and the seniors in the community.

I love this Whitney Point store! A frequent stop after round of golf on the ride home. Great deli! Its connected to a True Value too.

I love this place and their doughnuts, and I would love to do (for presidents day) a drawing where u pick two names and they go up against each other (and have a kid league) to go against each other, write a speach and see who had more votes and they get like a trophy and like a free gift card or something, GREGG IF YOU ARE READING THIS.... I like this place, frequently surprising deal on meat, produce can be hit or miss, but being joint to the hardware store makes it a one stop shop! Friendly staff and well laid out.
