I'd like to thank the staff here. I just moved to Texas, and I miss the personalized service I received here. They were very helpful with knowing what my insurance covered and how often I could receive my supplies. Wish I could've taken them with me when I moved. Yes, I've used Amazon, but why? Their services far outweigh a few bucks!!

Above and beyond type of incredible service. We went to the store while on a trip 300 miles from home and discovered we forgot a key piece of the cpap machine. The store was closed when we arrived at 5:02. But an employee turned around from her car and came back to the store! She knew exactly what we needed and found it quickly. We were done and back on our way in a few minutes. All with a smile and helpful attitude. She saved our road trip from long sleepless nights. Thank you!

I find Family Med most helpful and they have always treated me very well. My husband needs the CPAP and he had Lewy Body with Parkinson's. Taking care of him is a challenge and try to keep track of things for him is a challenge. Family Med has helped me by with his CPSP needs

They were very nice and professional, and an associate helped us straight away! My boyfriend and I were very pleased with how reasonable the prices were, and I got a knee scooter for about the same as what you can get on Amazon, if just a tiny bit more (worth the tiny bit more not to wait if you need something right away). They have a lot of mobility and CPAP equipment available, I don't know about other medical supplies, but they certainly had what we needed.

We had the opportunity to work with Rick, Renee, and Lena recently. I was absolutely amazed at the prompt service that our client was given. They even came to his house to do the set up and show staff how to work the machine. They were friendly, and gave prompt service. I would highly recommend Family Medical Supply and CPAP Store!

I'm sitting in my car just before the shop opens. I'm early because I just dropped my school aged children at school and drove straight here. I didn't want to make any other stops because my infant is sleeping in his car seat and I don't want him to wake up before I get this errand done. A gentleman who was going into work here noticed me in my car. He came over and asked me if I needed help. I told him I was just waiting for them to open while my baby slept. He said "No, I'll take care of you now." He got all my information and went back inside while I waited in the car with baby. He quickly came back out with everything I needed and I was all set. His name was Aaron and I'm extremely grateful for his kindness.

Was able to get my replacement parts for my CPAP machine. Service was very fast and friendly. Plus he threw in an extra parts I needed for free. Will definitely be back

Very helpful. Set me up with all the parts I needed right after I got my machine. I didn't like the first mask I took home and no issue trading it out for a different one. They were friendly and never had to wait very long.

Excellent service. My daughter just got a CPAP machine for sleep apnea, we've had some problems with insurance and Family Medical has been awesome to work with. I have another daughter who gets her CPAP machine and supplies from a different local vender, her complaints about the other vender is that she often has to leave a message when she calls and then the vender typically doesn't return her phone calls. I called Family Medical once today, got my daughter in for her appointment right away, no wait time to get her training and CPAP machine.
