Very knowledgeable, I used the
3-d foot imagining device to size my arch supports to fit my new boots. Also with a purchase of new boots, Redwing had a promotional sale to receive free arch supports, which saved me about $75.

Excellent in store experience today. Friendly and helpful staff. Had the boots I was looking for in stock in all the sizes I wanted to try. They even cleaned, conditioned, and relaced the boots I wore into the store. Great product. Great customer service.

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received from Marcus and Troy! They both went out of their way to make sure I got the right boot, and were polite, courteous and and professional! Made for a truly pleasurable shopping experience. If you need work boots you should definitely stop in and see them! 10/10 overall.

store is nice, lady working was helpful, they only stock a very limited number of sizes. My size was not in stock, was told i have to buy the boots for them to get them to the store to try on. I said I'm not buying boots that i don't even know will fit.
