Allysha K, was so helpful and pleasant to work with.
We came in close to closing time and she went above and beyond to get our service set up.

Went in to get a screen protector and was greete with an amazing staff. All 3 ladies were polite and pleasant. Felt so much better going in than it did a few months ago.

I was able to switch to att carrier service with a lot of support from Allysha. She not onlying helped me through issues with the previous carrier, but also helped me find the best discounts for the services I was looking for.

Eva was the best. She helped answer this old ladies question and was so polite about it. Thank you for that.

We came in to add a line to our plan, Mohammad greeted us immediately and was very helpful, he even helped us get a better value by combining our individual insurance policies all into one package saving us money on the new line we just added! That is some excellent customer service right there! Thank you

Allyshaaa❤ She was awesome! I walked in to bring my phone over to AT&T from metro and walked out paying a little bit of nothing for a new IPhone 12 Mini and I’m in love with it already.
She was very nice and comforting. Even though it was just her in the store she was able to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. She was very awesome! Thank you again for everything!

We needed to replace a phone for Riverwalk Theatre. We were unable to activate the telephone by calling AT&T customer service because they had mistakenly entered wrong information into our record. They referred us to the local store. Alyshaa was great! She activated our new phone immediately, and was able to correct the misinformation in our record. I’d give 6 stars if was possible!

Five stars for everyone at this store tonight!! Thanks to them spending a ton of time with me, calling AT&T tech support on my behalf, and doing some of the talking to support for me, I now have a fully functional phone (can get phone calls and can text) for the first time in 5 days!! I'm a happy camper again! The issue ended up being with my old cell phone service provider. AT&T has been super helpful!

We worked with Alicia (hopefully we spelled it right) and she was amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. If we need any AT&T assistance again, I know where we will go!!

I had such a great experience! Nicole went above and beyond. I entered the store ~30 minutes before closing and there were 2 other customers in the store. Nicole ensured we were all being helped and even stayed well past closing to ensure I walked away with my upgrade.

America is, hands down, the most considerate associate I have ever met. I had to have a phone to use for work and was without mine until America found a solution to make sure I wouldn’t have to spend a ridiculous amount of money and time on a phone I wouldn’t be happy purchasing. Thanks for your kindness and empathy in this matter. I can’t thank you enough.

Found exactly the phones we needed and with the 3 yr plan an awesome price. We have been with ATT mobile phones for over 30 yrs. The staff was very helpful.

My husband and I went to one of those At&t in a BJ's Store
Got completely lied to and our phones was not working properly. Spent weeks on the phone trying to get it fixed.
Couldn't call 911 for my sick Mother
Speakers sounded staticky or almost blown
Couldn't get anyone at At&t phonewise to help
At one point was on the phone from 2pm-6:40pm
Transferred to 8 different ppl, hung up on, never called back, etc etc
No help

We went to this store and America could teach all these At&t workers about customer care service.

Sarah is the most caring manager I've ever had to deal with. She makes sure I know that she cares and gets my issues resolved in very timely. If I could give her 5 more stars I would! She is an absolute asset to your company! Hold onto her!!!

Problem with my phone, I went to 7 stores and all the managers said they cannot help me-this was my 8th and NICK helped me and he was able to give me a new phone. Great customer service too.
