AT&T Store

I had the BEST experience at this store! My contract was up with Xfinity so I did the research to compare T-Mobile, Xfinity and AT&T.

The conscientiousness, friendliness and knowledge of Holly, the representative at the AT&T store in Saint Joseph Michigan SOLD me on AT&T.
She went above and beyond to find me the best deal. AT&T pricing could not be matched. She explained everything and listened which is rare nowadays. I purchased a phone, phone service and internet and couldn’t be happier. I am referring all my friends and relatives to AT&T.

I came into the store today with a WiFi modem/router that wasn't working. Marcin jumped right in and talked through a few issues but never gave up until my router was working again and I was walking out a happy customer!!
This was after multiple attempts to fix over the phone with ATT customer/technical support with zero solution!

Today we visited the AT&T store in St. Joseph MI. Ashley D. was our assistant. It was a complex transition that took about an hour to complete. Ashley was super helpful. She was competent, friendly and so very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this store and Ashley to anyone. Recently I needed a new phone. I stopped at the AT&T in St Joe and Marcin gave me phenomenal service regarding the proper procedure
to get my phone replaced. His knowledge and patience was greatly appreciated. I really like my new phone and the price was very reasonable. It was an excellent experience.

Marcin is the man! After 3 other store visits and 3 hours on the customer service hotline while also having my husband in the chats those 3 hours, he resolved what should have been a simple phone exchange. Highly recommend this store and especially Marcin if you live in the Berrien County area and save yourself the time, gas, and frustration.

Holly Dyer and Ashley Downing went above and beyond to find the perfect phone for me, then resolve an issue I caused myself a few days later. Great experience. Spoke with the manager Ashley about phone issues regarding our phone warranty, was resolved quickly. Associate Holly helped us with a phone upgrade purchase as well. Very satisfied with our visit today.

Great customer service. They were efficient and knowledgeable. Wait was short and it was a quick process. Kudos to their friendly service. While there I saw another employee handling an agitated customer (not because of anything they did) with a great attitude and they were able to diffuse the situation.

Ruby greater us the moment we walked in the door She was willing to listen to our wants and needs and we walked out with 3 new I phone 14 Otter box’s ,screen savers and charger ports. Very happy with our phones and out standing customer service 😊

They were super helpful! Definitely the best experience I've had with any service provider! (They need a raise for this!) Even though it took four hours to get me all set up with a new phone and service and watch, it wasn't their fault. The systems were having trouble and they all went to work on it and made calls and got the job done! They kept me entertained and were super kind! This is the kind of place I would work!

Went into the store yesterday with a friend of mine who is a customer and had an excellent experience which was largely due to an employee named Matthew who helped my friend navigate changing several different phone lines and ultimately helped get her monthly bill reduced. He went above and beyond. AT&T, this the type of employees you should be promoting.
