They always have a great selection of products. I always find more stuff then what I went in for. I lovd the garden center and all of the seasonal products as well. I could spend my whole paycheck here easily!

I don’t post often, so I have to say thank you to TJ in appliances for working through our scenario of an unfortunate situation with carbon monoxide found coming from a recent purchase of a couple months old Menard’s brand oven. Nicor had to come out and they shut down the house from 2 gas leaks they also happened to find in the basement(a blessing) even though they were actually called out for the CO detector sounding upstairs. Long and short of it, still under “mfg. warranty”, I lacking ppwk could have easily been pushed aside, but because of the evident issue at hand we were supplied option to swap or in store credit. Customer Service did their due diligence to gather required info and take care of my son and I to fix the “things happen” scenario and move forward. Thank you for being my local hardware store!

Visited today to check on what stain to use on our new deck. Was worried before going there as lack of experienced employees could be a problem.
I was VERY happy with Drew in the paint dept. He was able to answer all my questions and recommended paint plus items needed for painting.

Love this store! It had everything one can think of and more. The prices are usually lower than the competition and the continuous 11% rebate on EVERYTHING makes it even more attractive. The service is great just lines at the registers tend to be long and it does take a while to pay.

It's refreshing to know that Menard's regular schedule has resumed. They're open to 10p at night. Well lit store, and lots of helpful employees milling about to help you find whatever you need. I prefer these later hours to coming back on Saturday and Sunday to battle the crowds.

This is a very good Menards. Whatever the place it is only as good as the people running it. I used Nicole at the desk when I arrived to see if they had a certain non metal conduit. I thought this would be faster than wandering around the store trying to find it myself. She was excellent and called the electrical department to confirm. She also sent an associate ( Dan)to aisle 14 to meet me and help me sort out my project. Dan was better than excellent. We discussed what I had in mind, he made suggestions and confirmed thoughts I had about how exactly to go about the task. He picked out everything I needed and showed me how to apply each item to the task. I will be using this as my main Menards from now on. Very helpful, pleasant employees - happy. Check out was also good but I did not get the girls name. A 5* experience.

They had the items that i Needed, BUT i was Definitely Surprised at the price of 4 pieces of treated wood! 😯🤔 The salesman let me know it's Quite A bit higher, 📈💰 Even w/their 11% mail in savings. 💸 And w/that, my small project is on hold! 😕

I went in there with my husband on Thursday morning we are remodeling a trailer and we had very odd measurements. Anthony was such a great help! He took the time to look things up and match us with such a good price and awesome ideas! I’m glad he was there, such great help he was patient with us.

We were able to find ALL of our bathroom-light remodel supplies in one place; employees were easily accessible to help and check us out. Good shopping...

My daughter and I picked up 50 cement patio blocks tonight, the gal at the home and garden checkout helped me with where to go and pay and tell them what we needed . She was very kind and the young man that loaded them into our lil pick up truck was so very good at running the forklift. He was very nice as well. Very great customer service from both.

The staff members that work during the weekdays are very polite and helpful! I went in to this store on an early Monday morning and each employee I encountered offered their assistance, what a pleasant surprise! Usually, I make weekend trips and am lucky to even make eye contact with an employee...let alone find someone to help me. Going forward, I will be sure to only visit during weekdays. The service is much better!

My trip to Menards was a success I got all the things that I wanted to get that I was able to purchase.In particular one big ticket item which was tremendously marked down 35% off a $299 gas trimmer.

Had what I needed and the employees were all wonderful and helpful.

I and my friends do a lot of shopping here I went in for just one plant and came out with a basket full every thing 11% off in the store my friend found the paint he was looking for I bought 2 lavender trees they are new this year plus a couple hanging baskets and some other plants got it all at a very good price

After I checked out, I grabbed my receipt, went to my car 🚗, loaded up the trunk, returned the cart to the corral, got in car, turned it on, heard a knock on driver's window, turned to find an older gentleman. I unrolled my window and he said, "you forgot this." He handed me the rebate receipt portion from my transaction. Then he said, "I also got this for you." Then he handed me a rebate form. I was parked faaaaarrrr from the store. Was an incredible act of kindness from this fellow Menards customer!
