AT&T Store

Absolutely amazing service! Couldn't be more happy! I had issue with a phone that fell in a toilet (!!!!!) and the replacement phone wouldn't work and they helped me get things cleared up and also helped me put in an insurance claim for the phone that was damaged . Very quick and easy and wonderful customer service! I will go to Bedford AT&T store for all my cell phone needs from now on!

Today had an unusual experience. Went in to have my sim card checked and another customer was there being very vocal. Was impressed with how staff remained calm in a tense situation. And they fixed my problem as well.

Came in this weekend and spoke with faith about their current promotions she was patient and answered all my questions will be back! I highly recommend her! She made me feel comfortable in the environment:)

What an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of working with Lindsey on finishing up my Christmas shopping. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I would like to say thanks to Lindsey and AT&T for making my children’s Christmas extra special this year.

Faith was great with helping me add my brother to my phone plan. She walked me through everything and got the sim card set up in no time! She also helped me decide to finally get an Apple watch and I really like it!

Quick service, acknowledge us the moment we walked in, even when he was waiting on another customer. Did a great job when helping with the problem. The lady that worked was very polite and knew exactly what we needed help with.

Another employee named Zach was also helpful giving me advise and instruction of how I could use my iPhone more productively and enjoyable while Lindsey worked on my phone. He, too, is a great asset to AT&T. It is because of employees like them at the Bedford Store I use AT&T for my phone service.

I really appreciated how friendly and attentive Hunter was. He greeted me immediately and was knowledgeable about all of the options available. I was impressed with how fast and efficient he was able to work while juggling multiple customers coming in. I am very satisfied with the customer service he provided and even happier that he was able to get my service up and running in less than 30 minutes. I walked out with a brand new functional phone, already in a case with a screen protector and with battery life. Exceptional service, thank you AT&T and Hunter!

Love the staff here! They were absolutely wonderful. Lindsey in particular went out of her way to make sure of my problems were taken care of. The store is very clean so I felt very comfortable. Despite how busy they were, I also felt I was taken care of in a timely manner! Definitely recommend!
