Target

We spend our holiday near this location of Target and silly me to forget literally all of my clothes. I packed everything before we left our home and maybe because we were in a hurry and we were so excited then I lost my mind and forgot to put my clothes in the car. Fortunately, we saw this store and bought clothes that could last for a week. I did not have a problem with their selection in fact I like it because the clothes have great designs, good quality and very comfy. The store is also clean and organized. I forgot everything even my undergarments and glad that the store has a nice selection and the prices are fair and reasonable. The staffs in here are also nice and friendly. I am just grateful that I was able to shop at this store cause going back miles away just to get the clothes that I forgot is definitely impossible. It is also my first time in this location of Target and all in all, it was great.

I really enjoyed my grocery shopping here as this was my first experience . Bakery & Deli needs lots of improvement and Produce should be fresher and cleaner but I found frozen items to be particularly varied with many choices. But don't buy chips/ snacks here as terribly overpriced

Great store. Very clean. Awesome selection. The parking lot is clean and well lit. The return process was quick and easy. The staff is very helpful and the food and drink options are tremendous. It is easy in and very easy check out process. Close to Home Depot and Starbucks.

The employees at this store have restored my faith in humanity altogether.
I know, that seems exaggerated, but hear me out.
I’m a mom of three children at three very different stages in life, from teen years to just 5 months, right in the middle of a formula shortage. Just when I thought I was done, here’s a new baby and curve ball, here’s nothing to feed her!!!
I’m exhausted, somebody always needs me, and I spend my days in comfy sweats and mom buns. I’m new to the area and my first visit was to get baby formula. When I arrived it was all gone from she shelf and this is when I found Dee and asked her if perhaps there was some I back. I didn’t find her anywhere near the baby department but she didn’t hesitate to stop what she was doing and come to my aid. Dee helped me look in the aisle, checked the system and even called another store to make sure they would have some for me before I drove all the way out there. She was kind and patient, she was friendly and caring towards my silly six year old that kept walking in circles around her and she even made the experience personal by sharing she was a new grandma and understood how important this was. After months and months of self neglect and people treating me like I didn’t matter due to my choice in comfortable clothing she saw me and my family and treated us like her own.
Today, about a week after my experience with Dee, I was once again brought to your store by the need for baby formula. This time I called ahead from around the corner, before unloading my entire family out of the car, and I spoke with Niko. Niko was also extremely polite over the phone and checked if he saw any of the formula I needed on the shelf, once I got the green light, I felt comfortable getting everybody out and walking in to get the formula. I had never met him before but walking past a different department I heard a familiar voice and got a glimpse at his name tag and was able to see it was the person that he helped me. I immediately thanked him and he was so genuine and kind. He greeted us with a smile and such a nice tone of voice. I want to thank these two individuals for making our experience such an incredible one and making us feel like our family is welcomed and matters. My husband continued to say he wants to make this our store even if we move and have another one closer, because we have never felt so comfortable and welcomed anywhere else.

Michelle from the electronics department was so very helpful. She helped me set up my new IPad. I tried to do it myself and was not successful. So I went back to Target to get help. Michelle went step by step to help me get my IPad working. She is an awesome employee. She went above and beyond to help me. She deserves to be acknowledge for her dedication to her customers. Target is hands down the best place to shop! You find everything you shall need all in one store! The folks at the Mundelein, IL store are so friendly and helpful! Brandon (Alex) is such an amazing young man and so friendly and always willing to help! He is an amazing part of their team!! They are lucky to have so a kind young man!!

My personal experience was great. Mobile ordering for pickup went smoothly and quickly. I got a phone call right as I walked up to mobile pickup and the employee helped me through the call to get my order in a timely manner which I really appreciated. Managers on shift provided great customer service. I heard the male manager over a radio advising the floor to assist customers despite being close to closing time which I also appreciated that. Female manager assisted at checkout making sure guests were directed to available cashiers and even my cashier was a very nice lady. Although this location is not nearest to my house I will go out of my way to go here if I ever need to. I should add this because it's important to many people at this time that the location is very clean and organized.

Nice collection and cost this thanksgiving. I use to shop mostly in Kohls but Target too got nice collection this time. I liked shopping there although it’s mostly there own brand only but quality seems good only.

Store is always clean, workers are always polite and helpful to senior citizens. Motorized carts for handicap need to be fully charged and not left in the parking lots by customers.

I love this store. Every time I approach the register I am reminded that the staff are miles ahead of most others in retail. They are super clean, wiping all customer contact areas, in addition to greeting you with a friendly smile. I really appreciate good customer service and this store never disappoints. I jokingly told one cashier that they should train the other stores. In actuality they are more than qualified to be the flagship store for how to sanitize.

The lovely young man who assisted me in picking up my order was so gracious, kind and efficient. Thanks to him. I wish I'd gotten his name. He deserves a raise!

I had another online purchase and chose Target because it was competitive in pricing and I trust it. Plus, it's usually a pleasant pickup experience. Well, it was! I had a young woman this time who was all of the above and more.

Best staff at this Target. Very friendly and they do everything possible to make things right. With the remodel completed, stocking is much better and the store feels clean and open. Drive-up option is also quick and easy.

The best neighborhood target in Mundelein, the staff is caring and very helpful and you can absolutely find everything you are looking for. Produce always fresh, the deli is immaculate and the store is so organized.

Customer service and cleanliness of the store. I shop at this Target at least 2 times a week every time it’s consistent excellent service! From the employees in the aisles stocking merchandise always greeting me to the front supervisor. This target has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time from any business.

This is MY Target and I am so glad. Last week I went in for a few things with my kids. The lines were starting to build up and I saw the manager on it. She was smiling, upbeat, and professional with her staff, giving them kudos over the walkie when it was all handled swiftly and smoothly. After checking out I went to the pick up counter. They were clearly busy with holiday orders, running out to the parking lot to do curbside deliveries, but they were smiling! They greeted me right off and let me know it would be a brief wait. They were still smiling when they assisted me. I loved the positive vibe and customer oriented service.

Very clean store. Can easily find things and always has a wider selection than other Targets it seems. Very happy with the large number of self-checkout spots as well.

Susan was very helpful and helped me check out quickly when I was waiting in the cashier line. She also took the time to show me how to use my Target Circle votes to donate to charities. Thank you Susan for making my short shopping trip great!

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a rug and the item barcode code #, and was extremely irritated, but once I brought up the situation to the manager Susan, she made it right and went the extra mile to assure I was satisfied with the outcome. Phenomenal customer service skills!!

I just moved and went there to mainly look for decorative items. They had many unique and well priced decorations to choose from. I like that they have a person to direct customers to the shortest check out stations. Like every store in the country, they don't hire enough cashiers but having that person, at least, speeds things up a bit.
