My experience here was awesome!! The people here are amazing and make you feel like you’ve known them forever! They are very professional and knowledgeable and help you find exactly what you need. I wanted something a little different from what was in store and they went online to show me more options. All in all great experience and would definitely return and recommend this place! I love this store and the staff. I am renting a washer and dryer from them. Laurie is my favorite staff member she is always friendly patient and understanding. She goes above and beyond the call of duty for her customers! even when the computer gives her a hard time she still smiles and remains calm. She explains things very well and does everything she can to make sure us customers are satisfied. I highly recommend her to anyone..

I had a pleasant visit. Employees were kind and helpful as we did a walk around the floor. Customer service was a pleasant experience. Check out was fast. Over all experience gets two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

Update: after payments all being paid faithfully, having been given different answers as to what my pay off balance was, down to my last couple payments after being told I only had one left, after being sick and scheduling a time to come to make a payment only to find facility closed prior to 3am, after being HOUNDED for payment which in the end was 5 days late, after getting a demanding payment voice message day of due date and a text message, I highly doubt I will EVER use rent one again. I cannot wait to make my last payment and be out from under them

Great variety to choose from and good pricing. Whatever they don't have they can try to find and order for you.

Can't say enough about the staff from sales to delivery. Have been doing business with Roger going on almost 20 years. Always great friendly service all the way down the line. I look forward to many more years with you.

If you need anything contact Laurie Fitzsimmons! They worked with me wonders for my furniture… if anything happens to your furniture they will give you another to replace it or to use until the new one comes! Laurie is amazing🤍
