LOVE me some D & L Pools! They put in a beautiful pool for me and have been oh soooo patient and helpful (wayyy beyond the call of duty) with maintenance and every concern or question I’ve had! Don, Leslie, “Dawg” and everyone else at the HC office are amazing! No matter how many times I ask the same questions lol they answer them like it’s the first time!

This is a great company to get pool help from, cause they know their stuff. However, you've got to understand that no matter if you call them or any other store for a service call, it will cost money, which seems to be a huge complaint. The only difference, is D&L will do their best to help in your budget, as well as provide alternative solutions.

I contacted this company in December of 2022 to work with a hottub leak. They had a tech come out that week and found I needed a new heater. Heater replaced and turns out I needed a pump ( this was a second hand tub that was obviously sold to me with glue and toothpicks from a private sale ). Pump replaced and by recommendation of the tech we did a run thru and saw the circuit board was starting to fail. They searched high and low to find the model I needed. Needless to say tub is about as new as it can get. Sandra and Mallory, who I’ve spoke with many times when calling in, are so friendly and SOO helpful in getting to the root of the issue and getting me on the books. The techs that come out are professional and efficient.I’ve recommended this company to anyone in need with a pool or tub.

D&L Pools has been terrific to work with. I have a difficult situation with a pool that has not been opened in several years and they have been more than helpful with guidance and support not only with the on-site opening but also with helping me deal with the crazy amount of debris removal and work required to prepare the pool.

I bought a new pool vacuum hose at their Peoria store and it was the same price as Amazon.

Wonderful team at this company who are happy to help you if you have realistic expectations.

D&L knows their stuff! They don't try to push products you won't need. They let you know the best options and answer every question.

Purchased an Aspen Eldorado GS. Leslie, Michelle, and Toby answered our many questions. They were never pushy or "salesman like". Because Michelle is the same height as my wife, she could provide valuable insight on how the different brands varied in seat height.
They allowed us to wet test a different brand which was too deep for my short wife. They even called the factory tech guy to be sure they had our technical questions answered correctly (which they had). After shopping around the Peoria area and beyond for a hot tub, we were convinced we should only purchase from a company that provides their own service- which D&L does. The delivery and setup crew were great. Toby came along too and walked us through adding start up chemicals and water testing. The D& L crew recommended we purchase an extra set (of two) filters and we are really glad they did. Especially after seeing how much sediment was in our well water. We are still getting used to the seats, jets, and controls but so far are extremely happy with our purchase. It has already proved to be a therapeutic instrument for my wife's rheumatoid arthritis.

D&L always takes great care of us. Wouldn’t trust our pool and spa needs to anyone else. Their customer service can’t be beat

I was looking to buy a above ground pool and stopped by D&L pool in Hanna City. They had just closed for the day as I pulled into there parking lot. I was bummed, but they unlocked the doors and let me in to look and ask question . They provided all the info needed and even had givin me pricing on several pools. That was awesome for them to open the doors again. It's all about customer service and D&L has it!!! I will purchasing a pool this summer.

Gentleman who owns this and other employees very friendly. He really knows his stuff !! Very helpful and always educates us on pool care.. Expensive but bc everything has up. Of course they had to raise prices. Thank you so very much!

We did not buy our hot tub from them but when we had trouble with the one we did buy had issues, after many calls to where we bought it and no return call. We call D & D and talked to the service guy right away. Will not go anywhere else. Not only did i talk directly to the service guy but had the hot tub repaired within less time than we waited on the other place to return my calls.

Very helpful and always have what I need to open up my pool.
