Schumacher Landscaping Store

Honestly, I've been getting in the habit of only submitting reviews after I've had a bad experience somewhere, so wanted to circle back and submit a review for a place that's always treated me right. The very first time I ever walked on their lot (5+ years ago) I was treated like family, or at least a trusted friend. That time they sent me home with half a dozen of their 5 gallon buckets, with nothing more than a request to bring it back when it was convenient for me. I can't even begin to guess how many tons of their products I've bought over the years, and not once have I had a complaint about the products or customer service.

I've only gone there one time and not found what I needed, and dealing with their competition (a major "Stone Company" with a lot of tv advertising in the area, who after a major fight, offered a refund if I agreed not to submit negative reviews and photographs) I was reminded what bad customer service looks like, and thus also reminded just how important it is for a business, and even more so, the people who run that business to treat customers the with respect and fairness that Schumacher's always has.

Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable. Do you want some very unique stones, rock boulders, come here! I have worked with this company for years and have never been dissatisfied

jim is super helpful! if there was ever a more under the radar premier landscaping store this would be it! I am glad to do business with the schumacher family on a variety of fronts. P.S they break their own stone too.

Closed for the winter. Their website should indicate that.

Called about mulch was to 38.a yard because there cost was higher this year on red,I live 4.miles away wanted five yards 4 miles to my house 35 dollar delivery charge. though that was too high. call a nother place 9 miles away delivery was 25. Mulch was 32. Shop around it's only mulch
