AT&T Store

Karl, the store manager, assisted me while his representatives were attending to other clients. He provided exceptional assistance and expedited the process of upgrading my phone. Highly proficient in his field of expertise. I strongly endorse this store!
Furthermore, it is imperative that they make alterations to the other AT&T store located in Plymouth (51 Commerce Way, Suite 3). Its quality is quite poor, and it makes no sense that they continue to operate.

Very pleasant experience was extremely knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues that we had. Patient and understanding with my 86 year father upgraded to a new phone while also making it easy access for him with an iPhone!

The best AT&T customer service ever! Ask for Karl, he solved all our problems with esims, configurations, and plans. He helped, figured out, and solved what the other AT&T store in the area made worse. Kudos to Karl

I am a 72 handicap person ! Today I met an angel at ur homedepot at store ! She had patients and understood my frustration with trying to unlock my phone .. for 2 hours with ur online !

She is the only person working there and as people came In … she would ask if it was something simple .. she would help them all the time working with online to help me !!

U are very lucky to have an employee like Sarah … she is the best and I could not thank her enough!!! And the other people there agreed …

Jay has been awesome this week with helping me choose and upgrade 3 phones on my plan. I made several trips due to my own personal health issues and observed him doing the work of 5 people. He has a way of making every customer he serves feel like they have his full attention even as he spread his tasks over several of us at a time. I couldn’t compliment him enough on his excellent customer service skills. Thank you Jay for all your help!

David was amazing. He was the only sales rep working at the time (multitasking) but treated us like we were the only customer. I can’t say enough about him and the level of service we received.

Ashley was amazing! She helped me out with my trade in. She gave me excellent support! I have never been so impressed with the level of customer support that I've received from my cell phone carrier. Karl’s the best; 33 Home Depot Drive store is incredibly helpful.

First I have to say I am not a person who understands technology well. That being said, I went to the Plymouth AT&T store and was greeted by Ashley. She was wonderful!
I explained what I needed and she completely understood. I felt as if I was there to purchase what I needed and was not “sold” what I didn’t need. I appreciated that very much.
I felt I was treated like family. They had my best interest in mind rather than what they wanted to “up-sell”.
I recommend this store above all because of the staff, but especially Ashley!

My husband and I went to The AT&T store in Plymouth to see about getting him a new phone, as his was damaged. We ended up both getting new phones. The 5 star rating is for the excellent customer service we were given. Devontae was extremely helpful in explaining our current service, the options we had for new phones and all the new features available once we decided to buy new phones. He was a pleasure and very knowledgeable.

Always dread the hassle of getting a new phone! Went yesterday to finally move up from my old one, and met with Renee. She was sooooo sweet, informative, professional, and made my new purchase incredibly easy and quick! She offered
many options available for or me to keep the cost down as well which was so refreshing. I'd recommend this Plymouth location to anyone needing to purchase a new phone in a heartbeat. Ask for Renee. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Renee for all your help!

Updated review. We were back in at AT&T and were helped by an extremely nice gentleman named Matthew. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us with the purchase of a new phone for our daughter for Christmas. Highly recommend AT&T on long pond road. Great service.

David was amazing!! I upgraded my phone and bought an Apple Watch for me and my husband. David was so nice, pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and didn't make me feel silly for asking. I would ask to work with David again.
