Very good service and collection clothing.

I had a "wardrobe malfunction" and ripped my shirt wide open at the start of the work day, so I dropped my gear down to first and spun over to Kohl's Old Saybrook. I was initially dismayed that their hours start at 10am, and while I was waiting at the 5-minute mark another early bird audibly sighed in annoyance and stormed away and left.

Getting through the doors, though--rules are rules! no expectation that the work day will start earlier just for my own impatience--everyone was happy to provide service and were welcoming. I found what I wanted, and since it was a shirt right off the rack an associate brought a steamer that they use for their mannequin clothes out so that I wouldn't stock creases in my shirt all day.

Everyone was awesome, accommodating and I made it through work successfully, with more than a few people commenting how they liked my shirt, too!

Fast, friendly service. Good variety of products.
I went here during the peak of Christmas shopping season and stepped in a mile-long line, but they had me out in a matter of minutes at no cost to good customer service.

Such quality merchandise! When items are on sale you can hit the jackpot for such great prices. The store is very clean and organized. Love this place!

Friendly staff greeted at the door. I had Amazon returns and they were all setup and easily got my returns done in minutes. Very clean and organized store.

I have to give this place a 5☆/5☆ I was met with nothing but good customer care. Alex a flor associat helped me pick out some things that would go great with my new shoes. But what really got them the 5☆ would have to be the Amazing customer service provided by their associat working the cashier her name was Diane. She took the time to make sure I walked out with the best discount posible. I am 100% coming back worth the drive from guilford.

Plenty of parking and close to both I-95 and the Post Rd. The store is well stocked and kept clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Love to go through the men's clearance section. I've picked up brand name suit coats, dress shirts and slacks at super low prices.
