Good service and it is clean in side the building but the parking is hard

Terribly unprofessional company!! Called in Early September 2017 scheduled onsite consultation which they missed. Had to call back numerous times where Joanna told us they were busy and would reschedule. 3 weeks later finally showed up to look at property. Our property is difficult to get to so they were hesitant from the start. Left with the plan to get a formal quote with a target completion date May 2018. Never heard from them. Called multiple times in Oct November and December each time told working on the quote. Again picked up the project In Jan/Feb.. each time Joanne had a different excise and never returned call. Finally after 6 mos of calling, Joanne tells me they can’t find employees to do the job and weren’t sure they would be installing pools anymore. I asked was there any local alternate company’s she replied no. So I asked do you know of anyone that could do an install, she quickly replied Columbus, so I ask ok who in Columbus and she rudely stated “don’t know”.

It is my belief these ppl never wanted to do the job so instead of stringing me along for 6 mos why could they just say “thank you for the opportunity but we do not want the work”. I am actually glad we are not working with these ppl, I understand that Mr. Ault is very talented and busy but to treat ppl like this is an outrage and I can’t imagine how impossible they would be during the install and after. Ault pool you need to retire and hang it up you are not very good at business. You apparently are great at pools but bad with business and customer relations. I will do everything I can to warn as many ppl about your horrible treatment of potential customers. Learn to say “no” or suffer the bad PR of stringing ppl along. Horrible Company stay away.

Called to see if they could help with our hoses on our
filter and could hear them laughing in the background
about it. They said we should do it ourselves so we
don't have to pay the $85 service charge. What a joke.

Wanted to buy a pool but they never would call back to set a appointment to see the area ! Called several times and was told they would call me back with a time to meet ! After 4 weeks not a word !
