I was desperate to fill a prescription for my one year old niece. Frustrated after driving to a few pharmacies that advertised they were open and weren’t, I called this store in Hoover. They were open and working! Shame that that’s our standard now, but I was very thankful. The pharmacist working on 1/14/2024 at 8:30pm was super kind and helpful. I had the prescription on hand in 20 minutes. Thank you to a business still doing it right (and the amazing pharmacist on duty working late to get people the medicine they need)!

I love this staff so much. About once a week, I end up in this walgreens just to kill time and walk around. Every staff member that I have encountered is amazing. Late night staff, rush hour staff...literally all of them are so kind and helpful. The pharmacy gets quite busy and can sometimes have extended times on prescriptions, but they are doing the best that they can. And they stay positive even when you can tell they are overwhelmed.

These people are absolute life savers, especially Jessica, one of the pharmacists here. My wife was without pain medication for 6 hours just a few days post-surgery due to a mishap with the hospitals prescription and our usual pharmacy who would not accept it. The hospital nor the pharmacy offered any solutions, but Jessica corrected the issue and prevented me from causing a complete incident at the hospital. For that, we are forever thankful and will be taking all of our pharmaceutical needs here from now on!

Amazing staff! As this is close to my home I frequently stop in this store. I'm always greeted with "Welcome to Walgreens" along with a smile. They are always happy to help and answer questions. Love this place! Happy to have them close to home.

Excellent customer service. In excruciating pain with a toothache. Pharmacist walked me to the product I requested (toothache by red cross). Cashier PATIENTLY waited as treated my pain and then processed my payment (Because who goes out in tornado weather at 4:30am!). I am grateful. Thank you for being HUMAN and KIND in my time of need.

My doctor prescribed a pill that had sulfur in it, which I previously had an allergic reaction. The pharmacist forewarned me and told me to be careful and call if I had any problems. A few days later, she called to check on me and make sure I was doing fine with the medicine. Very thoughtful!

I recently moved to Mississippi and had a TERRIBLE experience with a walgreens here. They couldn't seem to get my prescriptions correct. I called this Hoover location and spoke with Ashley. She was a HUDE help! She fixed everything for me, no problem. When I went back to the location here they were shocked that I called and had it fixed. Thank you Ashley for all your help! You're awesome! Customer service goes a long way.

Ashley (pharmacist) was most helpful, courteous, and took time to caringly answer my questions. Pharmacy is open the 24 hrs, except on weekends when they close at 6pm.

Im only rating 5 stars because the sweet person with the brown spikey hair that wasn’t judging me when my brain was mush. I forgot their name but thank you so much.

Convenient, friendly, eager to help, fast even though they have long lines, always have prescriptions I need available, have notifications via email when order is ready, and easy to use app! They always come through for me.

I like this location. Always clean and good selections for what I’m looking to buy and the associate today was extra friendly!

Is not only are they the only pharmacy open within a 100 miles they took time out when they were very busy to consult with a new And help him to understand the medications his wife was getting.

I purchased vitamins for my kids and they didn't care for the Walgreen's brand of the vitamins. They let me return the vitamins and purchase the brand my kids choose - no questions, no hassle! Thank you!

Very nice clean store with friendly customer service associats compared to CVS which looks like a flea market with stressed out employees!!!
