I purchased the spy glasses that allow you to see behind you. Upon the initial purchase my glasses were stolen in the mail during transit. I emailed the company with proof of theft and they asked no questions and didn't think twice. They responded so quickly. They immediately shipped me a new pair in the mail free of charge in a higher priority. These folks are absolutely amazing. I recieved the glasses and they actually work perfectly. I have never seen anything like this. The customer service is 10/10 as well as the products. I was very pleased with this experience and recommended others to purchase from this company. Really really pleased with this company's products and service. The Tactical 9,200,000 Stun Flashlight is a real value, mounts on my bike, and absolutely provides non lethal protection. I have made several purchases from J & L Self Defense Products, and am impressed with the quality of their products. They have lower prices than their competition so I assumed quality might be lower. To my surprise they are selling the same high-quality products of their higher-priced competition! Another thing that separates them from the competition is their availability to answer questions. You can pick up the phone or send email. Irv or his wife will answer or get back to you by end or day or first thing next morning. Irv has law enforcement experience so I trust his product line more than I would some reseller of cheap imported products. It is safe to purchase supplies from this company.

Great Experience! Convenient website, prompt delivery, quick to answer questions, and the owners were VERY knowledgeable of their product. I bought the Beginner Lock Pick Set, Pink Wild Kat, and Pepperspray Keychains. They are so great that I had to get a set for my mom, sister, and best friend.

Great company. Knife came and sheath was missing they had a new sheath delivered within two days. The missing sheath was a factory mistake due to the packaging unopened. Hoghly recommended.
