Well I was going to say some really bad things about the manager as he was a bit of a jerk but after my second visit and again having to discuss things with him he isn't to bad of a guy. I know he and I will cross paths again (a work in progress) as for the store good food selection and the employees are awesome and amazing and so kind. I will be going back 😊

We got some chapstick, Sprite Zero, and other things as we stopped through Grand Saline.
The workers were nice and pleasant.

Man, i have NO IDEA how these people run such a tight store in the desolation that is Grand Saline.. But they do! I prefer to go here over any store in Canton. Always clean, well organized and stocked, friendly employees but also HELPFUL employees. If they see you searching for something they will immediately ask you what you are looking for and direct you to that area. The man that stocks the dairy deserves a shout out! I see you and how hard you work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brookshires is now the best place to shop. Before the store was alright, nothing to complain about but it wasn’t the most appealing option. Before I was fine with going to walmart instead of brook-shires, but now the whole game has changed with the introduction of Eric Rios and Vicente Zarate. The customer service is now a whole new level of outstanding. I could never imagine shopping anywhere else, the adding of Eric and Vicente has had a visual impact on crew morale and the smiling faces go to show what a positive impact a couple of immigrants can have on a business. God Bless America!

Hands down the best Brookshires I've come across in a long time I'll be going back for sure matter of fact I will not be going to the other ones that I am aware of I will now be permanently going to this location. For one, the customer service is awesome, I felt welcome and I didn't feel out of place like I do at the other locatio s. As fsr as i know this is the best Brookshires on this side of East Texas for sure!! Think yall for making me feel welcome & I'm glad I found my "Brookshires" home!!

I use to work here 12 years ago, I moved and there wasn't a brookshires there to transfer to. I wish there would have been.. I came back, and the same people were there. Amazing!! There's a new girl in the deli, Ali.. she really deserves a raise!

This place is so friendly! When I told the cashier I didn't have one of their loyalty cards, the bagger ran to the service desk and got me one. He also took my groceries out to my car and loaded them into my trunk. Good old-fashioned service!

Went to get a vaccine. Pharmacy personal so kind and caring not only to me but to every customer I observed while I was there. My husband and I moved to the country 20 years ago and I won't trade it for the world , so many wonderful people .

I really enjoyed shopping at Brookshires tonight, first time in a year since I've been in this location, I got to meet a lot of the employees that I haven't seen for a long time. Everyone of the employees are friendly and took time to help me find all the items on my shopping list.

Glad Grand Saline is located close to Hwy80. Both Hawkins and Mineola are too far away. When you are on your way home after work convenience wins every time.
