Extremely happy with the service we get from them. The savings on wood is big. The knowledge he has on wood is very extensive. We get all our framing packages from him now. Highly recommend this company. He also cuts his own cedar and will do it to customized sizes which is really a great thing.

i know times are tough for people. I want to thank Tex for coming thru for us even when he was having big issues getting his own orders in. Being in the construction field and dealing with certain types of lumber and services, these past 2 years have been difficult fulfilling orders and services. We were patient and he was worth waiting on. THANK YOU for your quality lumber and services. definitely will be referring and using again.

I had a great experience with this place . At a time when lumber was hard to come by and what was available was very expensive, tex was able to get me what I was looking for and had it delivered to my home, even after hours his crew had no problem unloading and putting the product where it was convinient to me. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build anything from a home to a shed they've got it in stock or will get it without a long wait like the competitors

Outstanding businessman with a heart as big as Texas. Very nice folks. Loyal someone you can trust which is hard to find nowadays. Will go out of thier way to make sure you get your product on time and at right price no matter the situation. Someone who you would want on your team for sure. I was dropping off a friend of mine's granddaughter, at her dads. I don't know much about this place but it seems to be a well run business.

I deleted my first review because leaving a bad review is not something I have ever done and I felt bad for doing so. However, I feel the need to warn people against doing business with this company. We purchased a lumber package from this company January 20, 2022. We have gotten so many different story’s on where our lumber is, we’ve been told it was delivered, they are still waiting on part of the package, etc.. I asked for a refund and was promised the check was in the mail. I contacted the Wood County Sheriff’s office in Mineola where the company is located and they have multiple investigations against this company for never delivering or sending a refunding. There is an arrest warrant out for the owner as of last week for a felony for ripping us off. DO NOT trust him.

Be careful doing business with Roberts Forest products, Tex will lead you on with promises of delivery and then come up with an excuse after excuse for NOT getting you the lumber he owes you. Tex, if you are the person the other reviewers say you are, then you will deliver the balance of my lumber package or issue me the refund you owe me. Don’t trust anyone from this business, they live on broken promises and misleading people.

Bought a lumber package paid in FULL last weeks and keep getting the run around on where it is. Looking at the other reviews looks like this is what they do. If I dont get a call by tomorrow the DA office will be contacted as well as the Sheriffs Department for left of services.

stay away from this business, it will only steal your money and give excuses for not delivering the material
